Very friendly people who run the place. Cozy. The bed was super comfy. Very convenient if you want to fish the canal, which is right across the road. Decent price. Loved the sound of the water running outside our room and watching the Heron feed.
The wifi would not stay connected to finish a show, but that could have just been a needed router reset. Nothing major or anything that would change mind from staying here again.

The staff was very accommodating of our late check-in and made sure we could get into our room after hours, which we really appreciated! We also loved the coffee, water, and snacks left in the room.
The shower was a little small, but other than that, the room was exactly what we were looking for for our stay.

Comfortable. Towels were excellent. Got to watch heron eating herring out the back window of our room. Herring Run managed to drown out noise of highwy.
Room was a liitle small but OK if you did not spend time there. Making a left turn out of the property was not easy.

Location was perfect, beautiful view of cape cod canal!
Difficult not to bring dirt into cabin from your shoes. Area surrounding cabin is not paved therefore when ground is wet alot of dirt is brought into cabin. I would recommend they leave broom and dust pan in cabin for guest to use. Not at all complaining though I loved it and can't wait to go back.

Great location - right across from canal and bike path. Old but funky. Got to watch herons eating herring. Can walk to restaurants.

Owners are amazing and so sweet, we went for a short honeymoon and when they found that out they upgraded us to a larger cabin. The cabin was adorable and the back window views were lovely. Very easy to feel at home!

We loved this place. The owners could not have been nicer. They upgraded our room because they said that we would be more comfortable in it, who does that? Nice people! Great location, right next door to The Seafood Shanty, a clam bar type of restaurant, which was great!

would recommend including a hair dryer, full length mirror and a light in the microwave area.

I did not eat breakfast at the motel but I'm sure Rubina is a great cook!!!
All was perfect, no noisy neighbors, can't hear the road so you sleep quiet & comfy!
