The location was great. Our room was ready for an early arrival. The unit was very clean, and I live the option to have a kitchenette. The breakfast included was a bonus. This was the first time we have used Townwplace Suites. We will definitely use them again in the future.

location was perfect. everything you would need is close by. the hotel staff are amazing. this is what sets this place apart from others I have stayed it. it was like coming into my family home and being welcomed with such love and generosity. the morning breakfast is yummy and the staff keeps the place spotless. Front desk are helpful, kind and friendly. even the maintenance employee and housekeepers really did amazing. if I needed anything I only had to ask and they provided. I will always stay here.

the only downfall is the way the room is payed out. it’s a bit awkward how they have the bed and tv placed. but otherwise the rooms are really nice

Location was very good because; -1. there is a mall where is close to the hotel like Target, Lowes Alcohol shop those open until 22:00. -2. intersection of the freeway was very close.

Some of the breakfast already ran out like yogurt and muffins even though we were not so late around 8:30.

There was plenty of room for breakfast and we liked the outside deck. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked the table and chairs in the room. The closet was huge!

Breakfast staff was watching everyone too closely felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok! Didn't like that we had to ask for milk and yogurt. wish it was out for us to chose, Would have liked another comfy chair in the room.

A little expensive but extremely clean, very comfortable, great facilities. Cleaning staff very helpful. Night front desk staff not very helpful & not communicative. We had requested a room close to an entrance because my husband is on oxygen & has mobility issues. The front desk person never told us that our room was next to another entrance & my husband could have had a much shorter walk to get to the room. But now that we know this we will stay here again.

The staff at as extremely nice, friendly and helpful, from the front desk, housekeeper and the kitchen help. We would definitely recommend, like it was recommended to us. Breakfast was great. Very nice worker on the kitchen. Will be back!

Not having to leave.!! All was great.

I loved the breakfast, and the staff was always helpful! The pool was nice, not as warm as we would have liked, but it was a good time. They had a dog park, and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was good every morning, and George was very attentive and kept the area clean.

The breakfast buffet was nicer than other hotels so we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very clean and our Daughter's family was happy to get 2 rooms only a few doors apart. The desk agents were very nice and accommodating, and we appreciated free parking, and cookies!

Beautiful airy,clean rooms. Tasty breakfast. Receptionist very helpful with room configurations and getting an extra room due to my autistic son.

Everything! The facilities were great. The staff was outstanding!

The coffee in the room was weak and didn’t taste good. Fortunately , coffee was made daily at 4am, so that Made up for the room coffee. The continental breakfast was well worth the cost of the room.
