Breakfast room was clean with basic continental breakfast. Coffee was good. We were there for a funeral at the MA National Cemetary and location was perfect - 10 minutes away. Also, about a 10 minute walk from the path that runs along the Cape Cod Canal.

The only thing that was tough was trying to get out for an early dinner. Because the hotel is located right off the circle immediately after the Bourne Bridge, the traffic backs up quite a bit (as far as you could see). We ended up eating at the restaurant attached (not affiliated) to the hotel - which was good.

It was a great location, had a great restaurant attached to it, close to the cool Bourne bridge, and room was big and convenient with the amenities we needed

Kinda a sketchy place at night but never experienced feeling unsafe with the people we saw luckily. So I guess it’s just the appearance. And the lobby looks like it’s from 50 years ago, needs some renovation. It was a bit pricey for a place that isn’t as nicely renovated but not that bad. Also no elevator was annoying bc we had a lot of luggage.

Location was very easy to access right off the rotary. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Would have liked access to an elevator. Had to carry all the luggage up and down the stairs so that wasn’t great.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, coffee station, fridge. Nice to have a pub with a bar in the hotel. Parking is great.

Breakfast was very sparse. Two apples only, toast/bagels, waffles, a few mini muffins.Could really be upgraded.

This is a great hotel near the polar express station. The little bar restaurant was really convenient. Great bar pizza. Clean and most of all really close to where we needed to be.

Not really bad but we wish the pool was open, but it was open the next day.

The facility was in a great location. Easy access from the bridges,beaches etc. It was very clean and at night it was very quiet. Rooms are large/comfortable bed

The room a great size

When I asked for an extra pillow, they informed me it would cost an extra $15 a night for a pillow. Which I work at a hotel. I'm a housekeeping manager, and we don't charge anyone who wants extra pillows or linens.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. We asked to change from the second floor to the first because of our age and stairs. The change was handled graciously and Steve brought our bag to our room!!! Candace Quimby Bach

There's no elevator

The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Bed was soooo comfortable.

Breakfast could have used more frequent replenishment of items. There was no orange juice the entire time we were eating, among other things. Also, common areas were uncomfortably warm. Breakfast area was 79 degrees.

Did not participate in breakfast ... Arrived in the afternoon and later dinner ... All outstanding from the Grill ... Facilities were great and I wish I had your shower setup ... Thanks Brian ... I'm retired military and have a burial site with my deceased wife and I usually travel alone but I just turned 80 and now have a quality site in order not to do tiring day trips ...
