Our room was a great size and was super neat and clean upon our arrival! The location of this property was wonderful as well. Within walking distance to downtown and short distance to local attractions. Super value for the price. We definitely plan on staying here again on a future trip to the cape.

The USB port was very slow to charge our cell phones. Plugged in all night and phone ( which is a brand new one) was only charged at 52%.

Location was great! Room very clean comfortable and quiet!

I believed that the free continental breakfast was until 10 am. When we arrived at the restaurant around 9 am all food was depleted- no eggs, no sausage, waffle batter empty - with no one appearing to replenish anything. This was very disappointing as we had planned to eat there but ended up out at a restaurant, with a cost to us.

Breakfast was great, room was in excellent condition! Location was close to everything.

On Saturday night there were a couple of guys hanging out in front of the entrance to the door to get into B that didn’t being there and made us feel uneasy when we re-entered the building. They relocated to the rear parking lot when I went out later to check on my car.

The breakfast would have been excellent if the food had been hot. Both the eggs and sausage were lukewarm at best. Hash browns would have been a nice touch. Even the coffee wasn't very hot. The flooring was very sticky or tacky in the breakfast area which made all kinds of noise when walking across. Rooms were great, breakfast was lacking.

The renovated rooms are a great improvement.

Although the renovations are good, the rooms have no character. Your hotel is located on Cape Cod in Falmouth and there is no local art anywhere on property. This is a large missed opportunity to stand out and attract repeat guests.

The location was fantastic. About 10 minutes from the beaches and just down the street from an lovely village with shopping and restaurants. It's also across the street from a DQ and Portuguese bakery, which we ate at for breakfast and recommend.

The parking was tough at night. But it was a weekend and at least one wedding was staying there (I know because we were a part of it) and they hosted a function on Saturday, so there were a lot of guests. Ultimately we always found a place to park, it just wasn't always the closest to our room.

The breakfast was extremely basic. The swimming pool on site looked lovely although we didn't use it. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was comfortable.

Location perfect for visiting a friend. Front desk was very professional and kind. TV was a little difficult. Perhaps the location or we could not figure out. Heat and hot water were fine. Everything clean and orderly.

The TV. Could not get it to tune in a station. Gave up on it.

the breakfast was not so good. the eggs were very bland and so was the sausage. but honestly it was the only thing. the coffee was nice and again the staff was cleaning and refreshing everything

Everything room.was clean and got the upgrade to a king room which was awsome. And when I asked to park before check in you guys let me so I could run the Falmouth Road Race route

That I had to leave and couldn't stay another night lol
