The location was great for us. Breakfast was okay. The staff was very nice and always helpful. I loved the door that opened up to the pool and chairs to sit out on the lawn to catch rays. The beds were very comfortable, no back ache like I get at home. Our room was very convenient to our car which made it great for all we had to carry in.

I didn't like the lack of counter space in the bathroom, had to carry everything back and forth to do makeup and hair. The front desk area had a spot for maybe cookies and coffee but never stocked. A little run down but clean. Windows in breakfast room need to be changed out, looks like the seal was broken in them so they were foggy.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful, gave us the run down and showed us where our room was located. We stayed in one of the two-story renovated rooms and everything is so nice and modern, just as pictured. The beds are very comfortable, shower is great, upstairs was a bit warm, but they have an AC unit that cools up the place in no time. The pool area is pleasant as well. Great location, quick drive to Falmouth’s Main Street and biking paths. Conveniently in front of super market and other shops. Regardless of being under construction, the place looked clean and organized. Overall we’d recommend, 10/10!!!

The room seemed dated. However, it was clean and very comfortable! The sheets were cool and felt. Ew. The pillows were to my liking. The mattress was actually great. I was disappointed when I walked in, but woke up very happy with my night’s sleep.

They could have put us in a room in the main inn, it seemed (from the number of cars in the parking lot). But I did see a bunch of people from a tour bus, so…. And the front desk clerk didn’t seem to communicate with us well. And he didn’t know if or where there was an ice machine.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. Parking was great. The Inn is close to the downtown district.

The room could have had some furniture for storing clothes. Only 6 hangers in the room but room service brought extra upon request!

Sadly, I only staid one night, so I didn’t get a chance to really check out the facilities or the surrounding location. I drove down for a Thanksgiving gathering, so I didn’t checked in until 10pm ish - the room was clean & the bed was glorious! I didn’t want to leave! But the bed was so cozy I didn’t even make it to the breakfast:) The bathroom was also sparkling clean and large!

My only regret was that there was no milk or cream additive for the great coffee I made in the room.

We had a brand new room with a king size bed, the mattress was so comfortable!!!! The location was perfect with many shopping and restaurant options. We loved it!!

The only bad thing I have to say is that the plastic utensils in the breakfast room were so cheap that we couldn’t even cut a waffle. I wish they would upgrade to a better cutlery. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing with eggs and waffles and fruit and cereals everything you could want. And the staff was there always cleaning it. Can’t wait to go back.

Loved the king suit with a corner tub! Bed was comfy, room was very clean. The upgrades were nice, I loved the sink and the faucets. The only staff I saw was the man at the desk and he was very nice.

Water just wasn’t hot enough in tub or shower or it took hot water too long to make it to our room. The bathtub in the bathroom wouldn’t hold water. The drain wouldn’t close off no matter what way the drain switch was.

The location is convenient and easy to get to. (Situated right across from a stop & shop!) Our stay was for less than 12 hrs, so for what we needed it for, which was to get some rest and sleep in preparation for our ongoing journey, it sufficed. It was fairly clean and beds were ok. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY! So nice and accommodating. Breakfast was limited, however they did have a waffle machine and that totally made up for their lack of options.

The rooms had a weird smell, it was not horrible, but definitely made you question the cleanliness (which overall, the rooms were proper clean and comfortable). You can hear everything happening around you! People stomping up stairs, babies crying at 5am, door closing, TVs on. Although, you can't hear the main road, and that was ok.

Clean and excellent staff - needed the King suite with King bed and 2 queen beds - didn’t realize the king bed was upstairs and my husband is handicapped - had trouble going up and down stairs

Had a view of pool but had to walk throughout the establishment to get to it/ but once there kids loved it

The location was great! Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed mattresses were really comfortable (2 queen size). The children loved the pool and the continental breakfast was great. The employees, especially the gentleman, was always working and cleaning the facilities.

We had one slight problem (nobody was to blame) and the management attended to it immediately. On our first night, our bathroom ceiling had a leak dripping down from the upstairs into our bathroom floor. When we reported the issue, they recognized the problem and switched our room immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Our new room was identical without any issues.
