This is a perfect place to stay in the Cape. The rooms were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. You can't beat having access to a private beach, restaurant, snack bar and sauna. We went in the early spring but I can imagine it's a fantastic place to be in the Summer when you can spend the full day at the beach. The room itself was clean and had everything basic you'd need for a weekend/week away from home. The sunroom/porch was really great for having coffee/breakfast in the morning. The master bedroom upstairs was huge with a king sized bed. This is a good place for a bigger group, it felt huge for my partner & I, we loved it.

Smart TVs with access to Netflix would be nice. There was a rainy day we wanted to stay in and be comfortable, and basic cable wasn't really cutting it. We were able to hook up our computers to the TV with an HDMI cable and stream that way, though.

The resort is beautiful and well kept. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and layout of house is good. Pool and beach are fabulous. We used the mini golf and cafe/market site too. Lots to do and see in local area.

Accommodation is a drive away from food, bar, pool, beach etc. The house backs onto the golf course so there's no place to play and paths around the course are not permitted to pedestrians.

The location was great. Our unit backed onto the the 10th green which was great to watch throughout the day. Everything was clean and staff changed towels everyday. It was great to walk the cart path once the course had closed.

The pool facilities weren’t open during our stay which was disappointing but I suppose we did visit out of season.

The condo itself was great - nice layout, adequate space and very clean. The linens and dishes / pots & pans in the kitchen were great. The wifi and TV worked as expected, and everything was as in good condition throughout the condo. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It was a little challenging to find the condo location as it is somewhat nestled within the overall golf community area, but once we found it, all was fine.

We loved the setting and location to use as a base to explore Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard The country club was great and the beach was beautiful

We had no issues with the accommodation as it fitted our needs perfectly but we were disappointed that neither of the pools were available in mid May as the weather was lovely and sunny during our stay

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and came back for another enjoyable stay.The units are very clean and have everything you need. We stayed here years ago and just came back this year. We will definitely be coming back often. I can't stress enough how lovely the units are and surroundings.

The property was very comfortable & in a good beach location with gorgeous walks close by. Good safe parking.

The property was very near the beach & pool however the pool area & access to the beach in front were not open a lot of the time which was a disappointment.

The golf courses, the driving range, the pools cabana and athletic club pool, the athletic club, the beach, the apartment sea quarters 11 were all awesome

For the guests there should atleast be one free golf session

Great location by the sea and close for ferries to Martha’s Vineyard.

Too many kids in the pools. Would like one to be adults only. Also there are smaller pools around the resort but they seem to have restricted access to use which was a shame.

Everything! Everyone at the front desk is a pleasure to talk too especially Kathy!! The property is always clean and comfortable, anytime I’ve ever stayed I’ve always thought to myself how clean it’s been! It’s a very quiet area despite always being sold out every night, I’ve never ran into anyone.

Nothing! Everything was PERFECT!
