The Town & Beach motel exceeded our expectations. The location was right on Main Street so we were able to walk right into town. Our hotel room was clean and the AC unit kept us cool throughout the night. One of our favorites compliments of the room was the water pressure in the shower! Additionally, Virginia was super informative about things to do and restaurants to try; she even offered us beach towels to prevent us from dirtying our own for the commute home. The girls and I are already planning our trip back!

We were looking forward to staying here as it looked like a real retro motel like something from a movie. It's not modern but it suits the style perfectly. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good-sized bed and aircon. It's in a great location beside everything you need in Falmouth. The lady in the office was very helpful and welcoming on our arrival, and checking in early was no problem.
All good!

Absolutely, positively, the number one feature is location, location, location. Park your car here. You will NOT need it anymore. You can WALK everywhere from here. Yes, this place is charming with a capital C. Yes, the staff is more accommodating than a doting grandmother. I am a native Bostonian, but if you are from anywhere in the world and you stay here, you can go home and tell everyone that you have experienced Cape Cod. Again, Location! Location! Location! You are between Betsy’s Diner and Country Fare. Okay, I better mention Saint Patrick’s Church. Across the street from Country Fare is a small park with a Memorial Walk demonstrating that Falmouth has given more than its fair share of young men to secure America’s freedom. Also in this park in front of the very large town library is a statue of Katherine Lee Bates who wrote “America the Beautiful.” Who knew? I am a very healthy 75 and I have walked to the ocean from here. It is now the first week of October, but if you had a bicycle, you would probably not have to complain about traffic if you were here in July. I never write one of these things, but if you stay here, you’ll be glad that I did.
I didn’t like the fact that I only had enough time to stay here one night.

The room was very clean. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. She recommended a great local restaurant for dinner that my husband and I enjoyed. We only stayed overnight, but it very pleasant.
I can't think of anything that could have been better. The room was just a little dated and there were a couple broken tiles in the bathroom. But . . . it's a beach motel.

It's was cute, Motel, with outdoor seating, walking distance to everything. Terry (the owner) was so sweet. I left my PJs there and kept them aside for me until I came back from the island a couple of days later. Plus, she was just so friendly and accommodating. Everyone should give her your buisness

This place feels like "home" when we get there since we have stayed there a number of times. While not a fancy place, our room is always clean and has a comfortable bed. Also appreciate that there is room to put away some of your items (drawers, closets and hooks).

Love the location, the staff is always personable, professional and has never failed to meet my needs over the last 8 years when we've stayed there. Love the comfortable beds and fabulous pillows.
My bathroom did not any type of vanity or even a shelf for toiletries and personal grooming items and the tiles were broken and scattered under the sink.

I loved stepping back in time! When we first opened the door to our room it reminded me of the Cape Cod I knew thirty plus years ago! Absolutely loved the decor, and non updated light fixture in the bathroom.
The only thing I’d say is the ceiling had some water damage to it. This didn’t affect us in any way though.

Great location on the main street of Falmouth, close to shops and restaurants. Very helpful proprietor and staff, who gave us useful tips on shopping and eating locally, and getting to Martha's Vineyard.
The facilities are a bit dated and our bathroom floor was in need of minor repairs.

Close to passenger ferry to MV and many restaurants. Ladies at front desk very nice, let me check in early. We
AC controls hard to figure out. Not much counter space in BathR. BathR door hard to close, but since traveling by myself did not make any difference. Mini fridge did not work.
