The location in the woodland area was amazing. It was very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything you need for self catering and it was very spacious. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful and advised us about local shops, beaches and other local attractions. The accommodation was very good value for money.

I can't think of anything. We were a little sad to hear that this year is their last season.

Beautiful property. Equipped with washer, dryer, jacuzzi tub, charcoal grill, everything needed to cook with. So much to do on property like a pool and game room. My kids loved going and getting ice cream for $1 from their stocked freezer. Only a short drive to South Cape Beach and Mashpee Commons. My children also loved seeing the turkeys and bunnies around. Staff was so nice and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hope to be back soon. The staff was super friendly. The grounds, including the house, was clean and well kept. Very comfortable for small families equipped with everything you would need. It's minutes from the beach and a short drive to shopping squares with stores and restaurants.

Beds seem a bit out of date as far as mattresses/box springs and such. But still slept well. Only other complaint would be the turkeys haha. I couldn’t get out of my car one morning. They were chilling at my car door. Haha. All seriousness it would be nice to have an earlier check in time and later check out time.

I thought your tv was great and a good size but you really should get rid of chromecast as it is very difficult to understand. We could not watch tv all week so I was not happy

Size of the cottages was amazing and could accommodate our family quite comfortably. The cottage had all amenities- 2 washrooms, kitchen, washer-dryer etc.

An outdoor pool would of added a little something though the pool area, games etc was very nice.

its little old rooms, first time when you entered, it had weird smell and you get used to after sometime :-)

Everything about the place was wonderful. The place was very comfortable and roomy . Very clean and staff was amazing. Would definitely go back

No outdoor pool

The unit is very spacious, with tall vaulted ceiling in the living room and a small living room serving as a third "bedroom". The main bathroom is huge, with its own skylight! The skylights are great additional to the unit. Very spacious for a group of 6 people. It is equipped with kitchen and laundry for people wanting to spend more than a couple days. It is in a quiet development for people who wish to get close to nature. The only complaint is the slow WI-FI. It renders movie streaming or remote work impossible. Perhaps people are trying to stay away from work and the rest of the world:) Our jacuzzi is broken. Lots of turkeys roaming around, and they can fly! Nearby shopping is very convenient. Front desk staff is very courteous. Swimming pool is smaller than the picture suggests. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Would do it again. Overall, it is not just what we did but who we were with.

WI-FI should be improved to enable remote work and movie streaming when necessary. Broken kitchen ware should be replaced before guests arrive. Jacuzzi in Unit 27 should be fixed. Otherwise, great place to stay!
