Kayleigh, the desk manager, was above and beyond helpful. At one point, there was an issue with our door lock- and she repeatedly attempted to try other key cards to resolve problem. Kayleigh traveled back and forth at least four times from our room to the office- then finally contacted manager. She eventually found another room, and helped us move suitcases. She was extremely professional, courteous and concerned for our comfort. We were very impressed, and would definitely stay here again.

I expected a mere hotel room and instead got a huge, comfortable, clean, attractive suite with a kitchen as large as my kitchen at home. The location is ideal, overlooking the harbor, and right across the street from a very good restaurant. I was totally blown away by this place and look forward to returning.

Loved everything.

This property really exceeded my expectations. The staff was so helpful and personable, a pleasure to encounter after traveling. The room was very large, with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Finally, the location was perfect.

The murphy bed that pulled out of the wall could have been more comfortable, but it wasn't problematic enough to affect my wonderful visit.

The hotel is located across the street from Falmouth harbor. My room was really an apartment with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and big bathroom. It was very clean. There was some traffic noise in the morning but not bad. The furniture was very comfortable. Most of the staff that I met was very nice, especially housekeeping.

This place was so amazing. The location is perfect for anything you would like to do on the Cape. Fishing, boating, dining, Martha Vineyard ferry, shopping and beaches all within walking distance or a less than 5 min drive. Great parking at Resort. I can NOT wait to return 👍👍👍❤❤❤❤ The facilities are very clean and well decorated, the staff is Amazing and very accommodating. You won't be disappointed with your stay at this resort

The location can't be beat. Pretty harbor view and easy to get to most area attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful even with a couple of extras I needed during my stay. The efficiency suite made my extended stay much easier.

The window blinds don't really block out the outside. Light and even a peeping Tom could get through. Sound transmission becomes a problem with even a moderate amount of guests. If you're a light sleeper, you will hear everything around you.

Location! Right across from the harbor.So picturesque! Walking distance into town and a great local supermarket. Close to beaches and local restaurants. Found a lobster special at the Raw Bar across the street for $14.99, plus a drink. Delicious! Staff was so welcoming and friendly. U

Murphy bed was very uncomfortable!!!

I stayed here last fall for my birthday and so i wanted to bring my daughter with me on her birthday -(weekend before the bday) We love the areand were able to enjoy the quiet neighborhood for an evening walk, the room was very clean and we loved the ability to cook and warm food and store food in the refrigerator. Even though if forgot my personal pillow at the hotel.... its ok it was a wonderful weekend and staying here was a big part of it.

Location was great for access to ferry and town center with restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool area was well kept and the staff was very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend it to travelers.

The unit was well planned and we were very happy with what was offered. The small kitchen was amazing and had everthing one needed, dishwasher, large fridge, stove etc... We totally enjoyed walking across the street to sit on the public benches at the harbor.

There was so much that we liked, I regret filling anything in as negative. We missed that there was no spot to sit outside at our rooms. Also after 5 days we were really weary of having our only "view" being to look through the metal bars which surrounded the pool. If we came again, we would ask for a room which was not directly behind the pool. One unanticipated negative aspect was that the toilet was so low -- TOO low! -never experienced a lower one! - It was very difficult to maneuver for an elderly couple.
