The location is fab !! Directly on the marina and only a few minutes walk from the main street. We got upgraded to a wonderful room with an ocean view, which made our stay a lot nicer. Lovely boutique hotel, with lots of nice little touches like free unlimited coffee, great porch, great games room and showers and lockers to allow you to leave your luggage after check out .

The bathroom was quite small and was definitely lacking some storage/ shelving. A bit noisy as I don't think there was double glazing and the road is quite busy. You could hear some noise from the other side of the wall too.

This place is amazing in person!! The attention to detail with the decor and summer camp theme makes you smile everywhere you look! Our room was cozy and lovely! The staff was so friendly and helpful! And the location was truly perfect! Could walk right to the water at sunset or anytime of day, a bus could drop us off right there, and it was only a few minutes walk to our ferry too! Plus the Ginger bread houses are right behind it, and the main street in town with fabulous shops and restaurants is only a few minutes walk as well! Thanks for a fabulous getaway!

It would be nice to have a continental breakfast option that you could opt into. Like a little buffet in house that you could pay extra for. Wouldn't have to be hot food. Just some fruit, yogurt, maybe cereal/muffins/toast, so that you could have a leisurely stay in morning vs having to get dressed and go into town each morning.

Super clean! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The building is lovely and beautifully decorated. Location can’t be beat. Bed was very comfortable

Although the lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the room was oddly sparse and unwelcoming. The bathroom had the tiniest sink I’ve ever seen and zero counter space. The room definitely felt more like a camping experience than a boutique hotel.

The location! The staff! Sitting out in the front porch each morning. Waterfront. Gorgeous setting. Gingerbread cottages behind property. Biking. Easy walking. Coffee and water available all day. Also, there’s a grocery store just steps away along the water if you need anything (with a huge wine selection!) so you don’t need to bring food/drink. And a popular takeout kitchen located next to it. The rooms have a mini frig. The setting is spectacular.

Lobby decorated to make you feel at home, beds very comfortable, fluffy pillows, cantina offered free coffee and hot water. They offered other items for a fee. Hotel located near shops, entertainment, and restaurants. Close to the ferry. The colorful Gingerbread cottages are very near.

Maybe another table in the room to put things on. Person in the room above us had very heavy footsteps, but this is an old hotel, nicely renovated, so take that into consideration.

Centrally located in town near the boat ferry dock. Lots of shopping and restaurants and the beach all in walking distance. The locker service and bathrooms are a perfect addition for early arrival and after check out while waiting for the ferry. We got off the ferry at 10am and they provided us a locker big enough for multiple suitcases. The next day our ferry ride was at 6pm. We were able to use the lockers again to store our suitcases and purchases for the day while we toured the island. They have about 30 large lockers for their guests along with two private bathrooms with showers. This added huge flexibility for our stay for both days. 24 hour free coffee service and food for purchase in their lobby. Great front porch with rocking chairs and other seating for 25 people to sit and enjoy at one time. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Gorgeous, renovated, historic hotel w/ bright, hip spaces, impressive porches overlooking the marina, quite friendly staff, and an outstanding location for exploring Oak Bluffs on foot.

For such a memorable hotel the bathroom was tiny and lacked counter space so it was a bit of a tight squeeze for 4 people. Also since we on the ground floor we had to keep our curtains drawn for any privacy and there could be hallway noise at times.

We loved the location, the front desk people, who were always available kind and helpful on recommendations. We received the room earlier that expected and it made our first day on the island perfect, we loved the complementary bikes. va the hotel layout and design is beautiful. Coffee tea hot choco and soda always availabe.

The elevator was out of order, but we were helped with our suitcases , so no worries

Thought the front desk staff was great. Very welcoming and helpful.

Not really a complaint... I guess inconvenience turned positive. Our shower leaked. Thought it could have been us and how we were using it. Front desk said "we'll still send maintenance in." Came back to rooom while maintenance was there. Very nice guy. Probem fixed withing two hours. Very responsive and pleasant.

Great location relative to the ferry and downtown Oak Bluffs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect - they really have thought through the details and needs of a traveler. Will stay here again.

Maybe a few more food options for breakfast or snacks after being out all day. So many food options nearby though so I understand. They have free coffee and a water station which was great!
