The location was good just a 20 minute walk into the town. It was right next door to the main supermarket. The bar was excellent. The reception team were really welcoming and full of useful information.

There is no breakfast service at the property meaning a 20 minute walk into town in the morning. It would have been much more convenient if they offered breakfast even if it was limited/continental. Our room (lovely) had a balcony. Unfortunately the view was over the car park and being next door to the supermarket there was quite a lot of traffic noise so not a relaxing space.

The property was clean, updated and beautiful. Located on the upper part of Main Street so close enough to where he town center.

The lighting in the bathroom was super dim. Was very hard to do makeup with dim lighting. The ceilings were super low in the bathroom as well.

This location was excellent! next door to a grocery store, across from bike rentals, and easy walking distance to downtown. The rooms are charming and come equipped with a Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathrooms looked newly remodeled as well. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt the rate was excellent and timing right before Memorial Day weekend left things uncrowded and easy to get around all over the island. Having the restaurant/bar, Town, attached was a great bonus too!!

In walking distance to restaurant and grocery store. Check-in was super fast and easy. The AC in the room was super cold. Hotel was right off the main road into Oak Bluffs. Great experience overall.

The water from the bathtub pipe seemed brown. But other than that, everything else was fine.....really didn't find any fault with the hotel. I wanted late check-out, but understandably, it wasn't available.

The front desk staff were INCREDIBLE!!! I don't remember everyone's name, but there was a gentleman and three women from Jamaica and a young man named Eli... There were all incredible!!! I miss them already!

Our room with a nautical theme was spacious and clean. Bus stop, 2 resto and grocery are just within the vicinity of the hotel, which was conveneient for us.

Our room was located at the end of the hall near the exit. We noticed that everytime the door across or the exit opens, our door responds to a suction motion causing it to rattle. Good thing this stopped when we were about to sleep.

It was great stay and would recommend to others. Only 1 complaint which was the construction going on the first floor. We know it has to be done sometime so really not that big of a deal.

The staff was wonderful!

The room and facility could have had more amenities. I would have loved a suite or a more spacious room design. Also bottled waters. A more modern bathtub/shower would have increased the luxuriousness. A pool would have been perfect.

We were on the first floor as my mom and i are handicapped, that was great.. love having restaurant right there. Also so close to Chappy Ferry.

The shower was dripping.
