Great location. Lovely hotel.

The electric key just does not work with UK phones. They know this but comms were continually referring to it. They made the solution far too difficult. The solution was check in at the sister Hotel. That's all they had to tell you instead of constantly referring to the electric key. very frustrating and left arrival as a bit of a hit and miss affair.

The proximity to Edgartown, Stop & Shop, brewery and bus stop. The keyless entry was cool, till your phone starts running low and you have to stop using it to get in your room.

By no fault of the Franklin, the neighbor above was EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious. If I didn't know better, I would swear he was high. He moved the furniture around in that little room for 3 straight hours. He walked around like a he was marching in a band. It went on from before I went to bed till about 245 am. I would've complained to an employee but there weren't any on the premises.

I had a wonderful stay here at this quaint and comfortable hotel. It had a side entrance that led right up to my room making it easy to load and unload my stuff. There is a beautiful private patio for guests to gather. It was so easy to find everything I needed as its centrally located to food, drink, fun and the ocean! They were helpful and kind and I will be coming back again soon!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Short walk to town. Really remodeled well and lots of places to hang out at (living room, backyard, front yard, kitchenette with ice, frig, microwave, cafe tables, coffee.

The kitchenette was not stocked very well. If they added drinking glasses, set of silverware, saucers, plates, wine glasses, etc. it would really let you use the space well. In our room there weren’t any towel hooks in the bathroom. Also no hair dryer.

Loved their use of technology to make the stay so comfortable. Clean rooms, fireplace wall, friendly and helpful staff, and the option for keyless entry with an app. I would definitely recomment!

Not much… Coffee is Breakfast??

Maybe a Danish or some Fruit.. The Room was not cleaned but one time.. We asked each day but it was lost in Translation.. Wish they spoke English.

not hotels fault, but a person staying in my wing was loud all hours of the night and basically disturbed most of the other guest

Not really a hotel. It’s more like an air b&b. No staff on site. Check-in is done electronically.

Perfect location!! Locals restaurants/bars near by, short walk or 4 minute ride to down town, and bus stop near by. It's so pretty, clean with a comfortable vibe.
