OK Continental breakfast . Best bed I have slept in in years . Clean rooms and facilities with responsive , pleasent staff. Overall it is a nice facility with a good location in Falmouth . ( a beautiful little town ). We stayed 8 days in ice and snow in December and were comfortable at all times .

Inadeaquete furnishing in the living area of our suite . One low 2 person couch and one extremely low wicker bottom chair . Staff brought in 3 folding chairs with cushion bottoms along with clothes hangers ( there were 2 in the room). It makes little sense to me to upgrade a classic old INN and short the seating area . There are a lot of folks with joint isses that will have low chair problems .

Great location to explore lovely Falmouth. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Would have been nice to have a few more options. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. The fridge was really helpful but perhaps would have been useful to also have a sink and small kitchenette or kitchen area.

We enjoyed having a TV for both of us in our room because we both sleep with it on! It was a beautiful room. We enjoyed the lounge and the complementary continental breakfast!

The way the room was set up could have been better because our T V 's were practically back to back so it made listening to 2 different programs hard! The living room could have been arranged so that the couch was under the window and the TV across. There was a big empty space between the couch and dining table!

Breakfast was simple but complete and delicious! They serve it on a buffet with a selection of fresh of fruits, bagles, omelete squares, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Express check-in and check-out with kind service. Bikes were available and well maintained. Room was comfortable, well kept and super clean!

On a rainy night we decided to stay in, and our TV wouldn't get wi-fi connection, despite the staff's efforts to do so.

It was very clean and the room we had was very spacious. It was a really pretty room.

Our room was facing a parking lot and had no place to sit outside and have a coffee or read a book. However there was a sitting area by the main office entrance. Would have been nice to have more seating areas on the green grass area.

Good location. A quick drive to the ferry to take to Martha’s Vineyard and a quick drive or walk to town. Good spread for breakfast and good food at the tavern. Loved the patio for dining outside as well.

No coffee in the room and uncomfortable worn out chairs. Also had two tears in the throw rug where I almost tripped.

we had a spacious 2-bedroom suite which was spotlessly clean. location is not scenic, but practical to explore the upper Cape. Staff very nice, continental offered breakfast plentiful

the AC is noisy and as our room was close to the street we were also disturbed by other people coming in at night and deliveries to the next door restaurant. also the room was upstairs to had to carry all luggage up

Good spacious room and sitting room. Great views of garden and lake, nice continental buffet breakfast, toasted bagels, fruit , yoghurt etc. Fridge and wine glasses, corkscrew in room.

No coffee maker in room (it's not listed on the room details, but would be nice) No aircon or fan in room( again not on room description, made the mistake of just assuming). Some rooms do have aircon so I would recommend those in the warmer months

Best hotel on our trip to New England! Very friendly welcome, very nice, individually designed, spacious rooms, comfortable beds! We felt very comfortable! Great restaurant with excellent cuisine! The breakfast in the morning was a real sensation, very lovingly prepared, fresh fruit, overnight oats, yogurt, bagels and much more! No plastic dishes! We would be happy to come back anytime!

Beautiful place, ample parking, spacious room, and decent continental breakfast. There are two restaurants, and a beautiful deck, but we didn’t have time for it.

It’s not really close enough to downtown Falmouth to walk and our room was at the far end of the property without any type of view. Check-out is at 11, which to me, is a bit too early, considering check-in is only at 4 pm.
