The town is a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with white linens. The room could use some updated decor but there was ample room and could accommodate 5 people with the pull out sofa. The pool area was nice to sit poolside with blue and white striped cushions and blue umbrellas made it feel resort like.

My advice would be to request a top floor room. You can hear walking across the ceiling.

The hotel was very nice, in an excellent location and Alannah at the front desk when we checked in was amazing - she was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. She offered some great suggestions for dinner restaurants. The Holiday Inn is very lucky to have her on their team! The chef brought out a new lemon dessert he was looking to add to the menu which tasted amazing!!

The restaurant was closed for renovations but we understood this happens and Alannah recommended several good places that were very close.

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. My favorite were the staff, however. The lady receptionist went above and beyond trying to check in my family early, as we got there early in the morning and there was nothing to do outside because of the rain. I think she felt bad for us and had the compassion and generosity to check us in way ahead of time. I am so grateful to her. The server at the breakfast was also the sweetest guy. He talked to my family in such a personable way, I really felt at home. Overall great stay. The pool and gym was great, too. The kids enjoyed the pool and my eldest son used the gym for his daily workout.

The property is very clean but we could tell that it’s a little on the legacy side. Maybe make some updates to the bathrooms. That’s where I felt the property’s age. Immaculate reception area, though.

Bradley went out of his way for our comfort and ease of checking in, and answering our questions and with our room keys. Still a mystery why both keys didn't work. Even the housekeepers on the day of checking out had problems with all their keys. We all had a chuckle. Thank you.

No air vent in bathroom after taking a shower.

Breakfast was more than I expected; however, I was disappointed that there was no meat alternative to pork. The location worked out just as I expected.

I had an issue with my shower/tub facet and drain. It was not working properly and the tub was not cleaned as a routine part of cleaning my room.

We liked everything about this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the location very good. The hotel is paying attention to environmentally sustainable practices which we appreciate a lot. It was nice to be offered cold drinks in the lobby. Well done!

There was minimal counter space in the bathroom and the tub seemed quite old. However, these are minor points. We enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms were clean and close to town and the Palmer st parking lot for the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard

Continental breakfast had hot potatoes but No proteins. Add eggs or take away the potatoes. So strange. There was waffles too.

Staff was friendly. I was comfortable.

I filtered for free breakfast when searching and it showed on booking.com that there was free breakfast. There is no free breakfast.

Friendly staff. Guest laundry brilliant. Large car park. Arrived late evening and were very obliging.

No options for allergies in breakfast which was chargeable. Pool was closed but did know that when booking. In the middle on nowhere. Nothing in walking distance literally in the middle of nowhere

Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Had to leave a bit earlier than expected due to some family issues. The facility was very clean and comfortable, despite construction at the time. That was kept well away from the room we were in. Location was a bit off the beaten path, but that wasnt important to us.

Nothing, really. Everything was just fine, and a very nice value.
