Peter and Judy are amazing hosts. We loved the house we loved them. It was like coming home. Judy provided all the amenities. Cakes cookies candies waters, bananas. How she kept all her amazing little trinkets dust free is beyond me. The View was incredible.

This was the right place for us!

There was a very warm welcome from the hosts. A table full of pies and cookies warmed it even more. The house is tirelessly decorated with endless knick-knacks and still was noticeably clean. The expansive views of the ocean off the back patio are as unforgettable as the home's comfort. We woke up to early to indulge in coffee and a sunrise without regret. Ultimately, the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

It needs to mentioned the bathrooms are shared. Also, while you get $10/person each day in vouchers to Blueberry Muffin, a nearby tasty breakfast spot, there is not breakfast at the inn.

What a beautiful and charming home! As we arrived we were welcomed to the property buy the owners and after a tour of this beautiful home we were treated to coffee and pastry. The view from the home overlooking the bay is just breathtaking. We really enjoyed being outdoors and watching the boats in the distance go by! The town and area close to the Cape Cod is very special with so much to do and see. The home is located in a perfect location to do it all! This is a 5 star out of 5 star stay! Highly recommended!

Nothing..everything was excpetional!

Beautiful home with lovely owners! Inviting atmosphere and very clean. Amazing ocean views. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. The room was quiet and cool. Water bottles, baked goods and some assorted snacks were available. A very comfortable stay!

Judie and Peter were exceptional hosts. Their house is a like an art gallery and there are a ton of things to look at. They provided local recommendations and had lots of snacks. She got us into a local hidden beach that was a lot of fun.

A beautiful home with gorgeous views of the ocean. Immaculately clean, very comfortable.

There were too many ornaments in the bedroom and bathroom. No place to put your things.

Great staff, rooms very well decorated, yummy snacks everywhere, view was excellent.

Perhaps my own fault, but I was under the impression that I paid extra for the room thsy included a hot tub and bathroom, and that you could walk down to the beach. Pics online were a bit misleading I think. The pic of the hot tub must have been a different one we didn't have access too, that one was right next to the window with the view.

Judith and Peter were wonderful hosts! The location was beautiful and decorating in the home was amazing. Desserts, fruit and water were always available. The sunrise was stunning in the mornings.

The only downfall was the bedroom was a bit small but there was a common area to enjoy that made it ok. Plus with the beautiful location staying inside was not on our list.

Everything! The hosts were charming, welcoming and informative. Their home is beautiful, fun, interesting and extremely comfortable and well located.

Judie was a warm and gracious host. The setting on the bay was incredible. Our room was very comfortable and the house was immaculate. Shared bath was not an issue. Highly recommend.
