I have stayed there twice recently. The 1st room was small and dark yet with a light outside that kept turning on an off all night. Very very annoying. Second room was much more spacious, much nicer it had a place to sit and eat, a desk to work at. So they do have nice rooms but not all are created equally.

I am very unhappy because when I booked they added 250.00 to my bill and was told it would be refunded if there was no damage. When I called the owner said we booked through the internet and they will not return that money. Therefore in this time in life our world is very sad and we already said we would be back. That will not happen-no one told us that

That I get the refund that was told to me when I booked it

Good location, close (walking distance) to grocery shops and a few restaurants. Reasonably sized room, comfortable for 2 people. All appliances in working order. We could choose between using aircon or open windows. Clean room and bathroom and crispy white bed linen.

Minor issue, that we solved ourselves without contacting the office. The fridge was noisy (maybe it didn’t like being stuck in a cupboard). Since it was October, and nights were cool, we were turning it off before bedtime and turning it on in the mornings to run during the daytime, when we weren’t in the room.

The place is very conveniently located, easily accessible and close to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious.

Even though the room was a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you opened the door to go in. The breakfast room was extremely hot and had no air circulation; on our last day there was a floor fan that helped a little. The indoor pool area was very beautiful, but it was not well ventilated so the chlorine in the air made our eyes hurt. The jets in the hot tube did not work. Make sure you check that the refrigerator in your room is on - the temperature dial is on the back of the refrigerator, not inside it, and ours had to be pulled out to be turned on (it was not working when we first got to the room).

The staff was incredible👍 Especially Sarah at reception went above and beyond to help us get most out of 3 day visit of Cape Cod. Sarah, you were absolutely amazing and thanks again for the lovely info pack you left us for our return visit next year 🙏😊❤️

Location is excellent and quiet. Close village shopping area. Large outdoor area behind the morel for relaxing, game of football/ volleyball or a picnic.

Not much of a breakfast person but there was a nice variety. It was only 15 minutes where our family reunion was. There where several restaurants even stop n shop for what you wanted. Rooms were quite and didn't hear traffic.

The only complaint was the shower temperature. It was just warm but could have been a couple of degrees warmer. I realize they don't want anyone burned. Could still be a little warmer

Excellent breakfast selections, clean room, nice pool areas, good location, friendly staff.

Minor suggestions: hook on bathroom door, towel bar by sink and lids for the disposable coffee cups so you can carry coffee to your room since there aren’t coffee makers in the rooms. Hot chocolate would be nice in the breakfast room.

The breakfast was just ok...nothing fancy or out of the ordinary - room that it was held in was very cramped and not easy to navigate when more than 10 people were in there. Milk was far away from the cereal, one side of the toaster didn't work...minimal muffins available.

The beds, mine was a bit uneven and the mattress was not comfortable at all. My sister's was also uneven and lumpy in several places.

Breakfast was ok, lot of carbs (breads, cereals) but at least had scrambled eggs & sausage. Indoor Pool & hot tub very nice. Location excellent, right on 6A. Our suite very roomy & clean, & bed was comfy.

Bfast could’ve been a little better. Scrambled eggs were hard, I had to cut w knife.

The breakfast was very good including potatoes, eggs, sausage one morning and the next morning everything else but the potatoes, eggs and sausage. The variety was nice both days, no complaints.

Access to a computer to print my boarding pass would've been convenient but I had to email a request which wasn't possible for me.
