The hotel was nice and convenient for our needs. The staff was very nice. The space was adequate for a couple. I liked that there were nearby stores to buy basic needs ( Across the street) and close to the attractions we were there to visit. The place has a pool but we did not use as it was not hot enough. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I liked the fact that the room had a small table and chairs making it easy to enjoy meals. I would recommend the Blue Spruce and would stay again.

The room was very clean and included a nice fridge and microwave. . The bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower and lots of hot water. Parking was outside our door and there was seating with a small table outside our room. The area was very quiet at night.

We found the beds to be a bit too firm for our comfort and the air conditioning unit worked very well but was too noisy at night so we had to turn it off.

I chose this motel for the combination of locations and price. I was coming from Cape Cod and then visiting Plymouth nearby, and it was a very convenient location for my visit. The room was decent, what I expected for the price and type of lodging.

Only one thing - the room wasn't cleaned on the second day. Not a big issue as I was at the room alone, but the trash was not removed so that was not expected.

Small room but clean, only stayed a night, so didn't have high expectations. The front desk was exceptional, we were arriving late and didn't know that office is closing at 9. Got a call few hours prior and I was given instructions how to access the room after hours

Shower is extremely small, we stayed only one night, so it was ok for us.

The lady at the desk was very courteous, professional and concerned that all went well. Her honest caring was very evident. The room wasn't overly fancy but it was one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed in.

If I had to criticize anything it would be the heater. I'm not sure how well the climate control functioned. The heater worked and did heat the room but it kept cycling.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, swimming pool clean and in good shape. Location was convenient for our plans in the Plymouth area. Owner very friendly, and very attentive to restore WiFi when thunderstorm knocked it out. TV small but sufficient.

Air conditioner located high on wall between beds and worked fine, but was noisy and a bit disruptive through the night, even when just running the fan. Bathroom door didn't close tight, which wasn't an issue for us, but perhaps for others.

The water took a long time to heat up and so we had to wait to use the shower; also the bed, and pillows didn't feel too comfortable (or supportive), and impacted our sleep, (and I woke up with back pain).

Very clean property. Room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Great for a one or two night stay.Nice to have a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. Outside of the hustle and bustle of Plymouth, the area had many local services. Close to several beaches as well. There is a nice pool area (which we did not use).

There was no place to hang clothing or a space to unpack clothing if so desired. Given that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, they could have been a small table and chairs for seating.

The front desk staff was very welcoming, the property was nicely maintained and the room/bathroom was extremely clean with nice decor

The strong scent of room spray or a glade plug-in, the fragrance was too strong and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, it irritated my sinuses. Also the mini-fridge in my room made so much noise at night I had to unplug it so I could sleep.

Close to shopping, historical sites, beaches, excellent restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Very knowledgeable staff who gave us suggestions and directions.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not included, as Booking .com reported, but excellent restaurant choices, and in room microwave and fridge made up for your mistake.
