Comfort, location and staff. It was pet friendly and accommodating. We were provided an early check-in. The front end staff were very nice and helpful.

The continental breakfast was poor. Eggs were not cooked thoroughly, Sausage links were cold and under cooked. I was surprised of the poor continental breakfast based on the other features of accommodation. I also felt it was a bit pricy for this time of the year being an off season.

Breakfast was good, large choice or eggs, waffles, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, the whole place looked relatively new or remodeled. The location was convenient for supermarkets and Restaurants.

The only drawback was noise from the road, rooms with even numbers face the woods behind the hotel, would have been the better choice.

I definitely like the feel of the Fairfield Marriott. Everything was really quite nice. I just have to remember to get the king room that has that extra area in it with the sofa that really makes the hotel pop when I get that crappy standard King it just depresses me. But that's my fault it is what it is next time I'll know to make darn sure I get the right room.

Small room

The property was so clean. The supervisor was following the cleaning crew and checking their work. The room was so clean and well stocked. The coffee maker was clean. Most times I wouldn’t even make coffee in the room because they are never clean but this room it was clean. The lobby was clean and neat. The front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

Great location. Easy to get to and was convenient to lots of other places we wanted to visit in the area.

Our first room was very noisy due to some equipment on the roof however they quickly moved us to another room when we informed them of the situation.

the location the manager was most compassionate, and helped with a problem.

it was very expensive, especially in Cdn funds. Almost $400 US on Fri and Sat is way TOO mucb. the breakfast was very ordinary, and somewhat scarce after 8 am The beds were way too soft, and the sofa bed was ancient.

From the second we interacted with the front desk we knew it was a fabulous place. The reception when we checked in was fabulous.

Clean room and common areas, front desk staff very friendly and accommodating with things such as pool towels and information, good breakfast. Bar tender was SO kind and helpful. Only downfall was the bar was not serving food on a Saturday night and the poor bartender had to resources- no clean glasses or some of the items on the drink menu. Pool was great for kids, tons of chain restaurants a short distance away, downtown Plymouth approx 10 minutes.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a very nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was excellent! It was an added bonus to have a bar in the building to have a glass of wine with a friend after a long day of activities.

I liked everything. I was too busy to try the pool but maybe next time!

It was close to where my daughter was getting married. The check in was easy and they were able to accommodate the 3 rooms that I booked all on the same floor.
