Location, accommodating staff and cleanliness of room. Easy checkin. Close to restaurants. An older motel but upgrades inside rooms were more modern and nice.

Older motel with what appeared to be some longer term residents smoking outside on the small cement patio between our rooms. When we opened our door the smoke came into our room. Bathroom vanity cabinet damaged and appears to be older damage. Bathroom light switch is outside of the bathroom. But these issues would not prevent us from booking a room again.

This place exceeded our expectations. AFter the reviews we were worried. However, the room we got was good. everything was cleaned. the shower was the best of all the trip and the TV had good movies. very convenient for a night on the road! in the afternoon there is noise from the road but at night there were no noises at all and the super comfort of the beds we had a great sleep!

I think this place was better than we thought. Nothing to complain.

The management was very helpful in finding places to eat, at a reasonable cost. The room contained all the appliances necessary for an old man to be comfortable, Most of all, the room was very clean and kept that way during my stay.

This was an impromptu over night getaway, so we had very little time to plan. We checked in late, but the staff was friendly and helpful. We will likely stay again another time we just need to escape reality for a night.

No breakfast provided but we found a fantastic cafe at Plymouth airport called Plane Jane's which I highly recommend. It was nice to have a fridge in the room; this was not mentioned on the website.

The room was a bit cramped and the view is straight out onto the carpark and road, but I expected this.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had been renovated fairly recently and were lovely. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed.

There truly wasn't anything we didn't like. It was a lovely experience!

The rooms looked clean and smelled clean. The beds were SO comfortable and we slept so good our entire trip. The staff were very friendly.

My only complaint was that the room only had one trashcan, and there wasn't anywhere for bathroom type trash to go.

The property was a no-frills, clean, comfortable and very nice place to stop in on our road trip. We were very happy with it, as everything in Plymouth was much more expensive.

Fog seniors it was difficult to get into the beds; but they were comfortable. Perhaps a stool. The chair should be replaced with one that is not castors and be easier to dress from.

Room was clean and functional.

It was somewhat smaller than we prefer. The bathroom worked but was small. The motel sits quite near a fairly busy road which can get noisy at times.
