It was clean and comfortable. Th rd staff was cooperative and kind. They Allowed me to Easily Change the When my plans changed

My Only complaint was that they can allow me to put my bags in the hotel somewhere before I check-in time. This meant that I had to carry the bags around the whole day at the Museum which was very inconvenient. I know they are required to do this but it is a courtesy that is frequently available in other hotels. The other thing was that the Ubers from that location very expensive.

The room was great. There was a king sized bed and a pull-out couch and mini fridge and a microwave. It even had a coffee maker. Full length mirror door closet, removable shower head, ironing board in the closet and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The coffee was terrible and tasted like straight piss. Mini bagels at breakfast instead of full ones. The orange juice tasted watered down and they only had two kinds of cereal. Special K original(gross) and raisin bran. Also the tub in the room bathroom has no adhesive to keep from slipping.

The hotel is an older building. The room, however, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was not a hot breakfast, but the cereal and bagel selections were fine. For the price we paid, it was certainly worth it. The staff was great - very friendly.

Location was great, easy to get to.

Looks like renovations were happening and the back exit door by our room didn’t actually lock where you needed to use the key card to get in. It felt a bit unsafe, luckily the door to our room worked properly.

Quiet and clean. Mattress protector and soft towels.

Furniture a bit too high. Caterers more to talker individuals.

The employee or possibly the owner went above and beyond when I had made the reservation for the wrong night and called Booking.com for me so I could get it changed. Was a long process on the phone but he was so patient and helped us through it all.

He upgraded us to a King Room for all our troubles. The room was absolutely great. He was such a great, helpful guy who actually cared. Hard to find these days.

We totally love the staff! Everyone was wonderful....

We had booked for a king size bed and we asked for 1st floor because we are seniors. We ended up with 2 queen size beds and a smaller room. We had been told we had the king size bed room. And that room does have a sofa & as I said more space. Don't know what happened........

Anthony took great care of us. Booking screwed up our booking and he took the time to sort things out and make thing right. He also graciously accommodated our two senior travelers.

The fact that Booking sent the hotel wrong room information. Two rooms with double queen beds were orders and my confirmation email reflected this. The hotel received reservations for two rooms with a single Queen bed.

Guys at the front desk were great. Joking around and making you feel like family. Breakfast was great.

the breakfast was sparse, BUT they did keep it open past 930 which was convenient

the TV was confusing, kept shutting off on its own, we actually thought it was broken the whole night and only figured out how to work it in the morning. It shouldnt be so complicated
