The room was soo clean and huge!! I have never stayed in a room that big before.

I understand the hotel is under renovations but it would be nice if they offered a bar/restaurant within the facility and since they are under renovations and can’t serve breakfast I think there should be a slight discount.. even like 10$. If they can’t offer the whole “kit and kaboodle” then we as customers shouldn’t be expected to pay the full price.

The bed was super comfy, the Deluxe Suite had a newly renovated bathroom and great marina views. Saturday night there was live music at the waterfront bar just outside our room. It was very hot and humid, so after eating, we sat on our couch, looked out the windows, and listened to music. Bear in mind if you have all the drapes open for the view, you are in a fishbowl; large comfortable suite and views of marina, waterfront bar, band, ducks, gulls, and bridge traffic were worth it.

The air conditioners were Extremely noisy and didn't cool the room well; hot, humid, and stuffy or cold and very noisy. The bathroom didn't have towel racks or a soap dish in the shower. We put this down to "under renovation". Ice maker near our suite and only vending machine were broken. No breakfast, but a Dunkin' just down the road. We had a fantastic breakfast at Tia Maria's in downtown New Bedford - fantastic!

No longer serve breakfast

TV is now streaming rather than cable. I was not able to find local channels for news and weather or regular networks. In house phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone to call the lobby when I needed assistance. The bed was too high. I had great difficulty getting into it because I am short.

Quick fast easy service, and knowledgeable of the facility

The ice machine outside my room on the top floor was broken, causing me to have to walk to the other end of the building on the bottom floor to access the only other one.

The room was clean, and updated and very comfortable. The front desk clerk was very kind, helpful, and professional. The pool was beautiful super clean.

There is nothing that I didn't really like

Hotel is located in a quiet area close to water, historical buildings of the are just a short drive. Room was clean, nice modern design, bed was comfortable. I did not have breakfast but coffee and tea were always available in the lobby.

Th location is great. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and fresh. I love the view of fishing boats and harbor. I wish our stay was on a night when there was entertainment. I heard it’s a great time.

WiFi is hazy.

It could have been better is the hot tub was available, if the TV was properly working.

The pool was kept at the perfect temperature for swimming. Plus coffee in the room with convenient microwave and fridge.

I was there for a convention. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, especially the bed.

It's difficult to navigate, especially the first time finding our room.
