When I stayed at the residence Inn, I ended up in the suite that has the Jacuzzi was very nice to full rooms with the bedroom. Door was excellent. I definitely wanna do it again soon..

I wish I could remember the name of the staff member to help me with a younger female who was able to give me a booking in the room Jacuzzi room because there was no other regular rooms available that night so I got exactly what I wanted and then some she was so helpful. She actually went to the room to retrieve a key. That was there that wasn’t supposed to be there. This is a lot of stuff that she did that night. She went over and above a customer service. I hope the property will know who I’m talking about younger female or dark hair. She was excellent, so thanks again.

Staff was professional and pleasant. I got a free room upgrade at checkin! Room was nicely appointed with everything I needed.

Toilet flow not great. Had some trouble getting it to go down and no plunger. Recommend adding a plunger. Bed spring creaked when I first laid down but it was not uncomfortable. Furniture showing some age, sagging but still not uncomfortable. One of the kitchen drawers was left open.

The location for our visiting purpose was suitable, as it was close to the UMass campus, accessible for major freeways and shopping centers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The property overall would benefit from fresh paint, furniture, appliances.

Clean. breakfast was delicious. Night receptionist was very nice and helpful and kind.rooms was beautiful and clean and spacious. Pool was warm.

Our stay at the residence Inn was shocking, especially with the breakfast. It’s a full breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 and they had a little bit of everything to choose from.

The temperature in the pool was very cold. The prices should go down by the amount of stays

the room was huge, with a fireplace. the bed was comfortable

someone in an adjacent room was smoking. it drifted into our room. I called the desk and reported it as the hotel is non-smoking. Also, because we arrived after dark, we had difficulty finding the correct entrance as there is not the typical portico.

Liked everything especially breakfast Quiet too Upon getting in our room toilet seat was broken We made staff aware Said we could change rooms but we already had our things unpacked So staff said they would send someone up to fix it No one ever did

Price was changed to more than booking price Still trying to get that straightened out

The staff were friendly and helpful. Faculty was clean and close to weee I needed to be.

The staff was very welcoming; but the facilities were dated and there was visible dust in certain places in the room.
