The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and the price was right.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Bagels, mini muffins , cereal, yogurt and bread for toast. Couple juices. They were out of coffee both mornings we were there. She made more, but took quite a while. First day we got there around 10, so maybe acceptable. 2nd day I went at 7 to be sure to get coffee, it was already empty. Why wouldn’t they make more coffee in the morning. In rooms would like to have a suitcase stand but more importantly some towel racks and toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Beds are VERY FIRM. Pool was cool, but clean and nice. Staff, was very nice. However waited 10 minutes for checkout in the morning. Finally just left keycard on desk and left since I never saw anyone.

Location was great and was perfect for a short stay. It was clean and was specious. The air-conditioning was excellent and the hot water and pressure were perfect. The bar and restaurant access was super convenient and the pool was beautiful. The updates are very nice.

Could have had a few more seating options for the space available and the sink being outside the bedroom in what I would describe as an open concept layout was a little exposing, the bathroom was small.

April at the front desk was great. We had a problem with heat in our room. April said maintenance would come in and fix it. When they couldn't April called me and said we can move to a different room. Also I liked decaf coffee and she made me a pot at the breakfast. The next day she had a pot of decaf out with the complimentary breakfast. We received great customer service from April.

No phone or clock in room. But April let us know they were sort of renovating.

The in room Jacuzzi was awesome. The food was really good and not over priced. There wasn't many people when we stayed (not a fan of excess humans). The receptionist/manager was really nice, and helpful. We were unintentionally annoying, since my children locked us out at least 3 times. She definitely had patience. The waitress at the restaurant was also very nice and great with children.

The only thing I disliked, was that you are only able to access the pool from inside the building. Other than that it was great.

The staff was incredible! The price was great, and they were super accommodating for the big event we were all there to attend, leaving the hall open for us until we chose to go to bed after midnight.

The room keys kept needing to be reset. The space was tight in the room. And some of the bathrooms were out of order by Sunday which made things a little rough for the 200+ people at the event.

The staff greeted me with an exceptional, pleasant attitude that made me feel welcomed. I was informed about the amenities' timing from open to close. I love the pool, which is a nice size for everyone to swim.

The floors were so slippery, which was hard to walk on. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

Staff was incredible, room was clean, the pub was nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice.

Shower had low water pressure and the water could have been filtered better (nitpicky), the sound deadening between rooms left a little to be desired, but people quieted down after 11pm and it was easy to sleep

Honestly the price was high based on the condition of the facility and the breakfast was not even worth trying. I've stayed at another hotel in New Bedford for half the price and had full breakfast and larger rooms. Ryan's bar in the lobby was amazing and definitely worth going again even if I don't stay at the hotel again.

The cleanliness . It was very clean. At first I was worried that it wasn’t going to be clean because other people had bad reviews but I said I will check it out myself. And I was surprised on how clean everything way and very organized.

Price could’ve been a little better. But other than that it was good value.

My room was on the ground floor and I could park right there. Also, the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable.

There wasn't a freezer section in the mini fridge. But that was minor.
