Clean, quiet, friendly staff...nice room, no coffee, no hangers, not nuff towels. Seemed new hotel and am sure these things will happen!!

No ashtray, no rug at door (rain) to wipe feet, tv not enough channels, no blanket. Police, vagrants, homeless looking folks outside all the time...no lock on door (deadbolt)...little concerned with so many homeless types sitting around outside. Cameras would help, security patrol, doberman's. I like the Capri and hope you do very, very well!!!!!

very accessible to everything , the room was very clean , bathroom was beautiful ,bed was very comfortable

the refrigerator didn’t work too well , the door wouldn’t stay closed , not enough choice on tv channels , Internet was sporadic

Great rates half the price compared to any other Hotel within 50miles.

Credit the effort to the improvements but skimping on the mattresses seemed counterintuitive for having a comfortable night's rest.

Soap chips, ice machine location in your lobby. It's so loud you can't hear when your at the front desk. Very frustrating

The staff that work the front desk are rude and and nasty. Our room had some type of bug flying around.

There was no breakfast offered, no coffee pot in room, no maid service for the 6 days I stayed. Only one person in office understood me, the others spoke no English and would say see maid.

There was no maid service , no coffee pot, we had to go to office anytime we needed anything. Had to changes our own sheets, go get towels, toilet paper from office, very little service, only one person spoke English and not very well. For the cost of a weeks stay, I at least expected the amenities to be in the room as advertised. The linens and towels were stained with blood and not sure what else. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

No door on bathroom, not enough facecloths for 2 persons, no curtain on a window where a bright light in the parking lot shone in all night. said window did not lock (locks broken)
