The property was clean and spacious. The staff were warm and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and the lady attending was always trying to help with anything we needed. The location was also very convenient. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, and a 40 minutes drive to Newport. Restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby. I will definitely stay there again

Breakfast was actually really good. The place it's self was super clean the staff was wonderful and the rooms had so much extra stuff inside, for example, mini shampoo and conditioner, shower caps, soap, towels , pillows. Best hotel that I have ever stayed in.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I burned my finger when I went to open the breakfast tray, and the stem was really hot. I had to let go of the handle really quickly. But other than that, I give it a 10/10.

The hotel appears to have been renovated as the room was exceptionally clean and in excellent repair. Lovely bathroom with good lightening and shower facilities. Bed was very comfortable and wi fi was strong and TV channels plentiful! Breakfast was outstanding. Ample food choices each day with hot and cold choices!

The indoor pool was a bit claustrophobic when more than 3- 4 people there, but certainly not a deal breaker.

Communication between front desk and housekeeping as I had a late check out but housekeeping still knocked on my door around 11:45 am stating I was suppose to be out 11am but I had a 12:30 scheduled check out and stated they didn’t know

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The workout room was accessible at all hours.

The breakfast was often lacking and we had to ask for items that should have been readily available. We had to constantly ask for bath towels as they only supplied 2 per room and we had 4 staying with us.

Clean, comfortable bedding. Pleasant hot breakfast with great tea and hot cocoa in the foyer. Close to restaurants, gas stations and highway.

Pool was only accessible from 3pm-9pm. Understaffed.

The young ladyl that checked us in was very accommodating. I had asked for a handicap room and she made sure I got one. Her name is Gabby. She was very professional and caring.

The Staff! They were friendly, helpful, easy to talk with and dedicated to their job! I could tell the manager Joe had a staff he not only cared for but they cared for him too. They listened to him and did what he asked. It was nice to see the respect showed. The location for me was perfect. Not far from Bayside, near New Bedford, Fall River, so many places were a short drive.

Not a good variety in foods for breakfast. I don't blame the staff for this small selection, I am sure this is the Chain/Company. People were loud and they smoked in their rooms. If I had told the staff I know they would have done something but I did want to get them involved. It was a lot like other hotels. I would absolutely stay there again.

Paul was not open even though construction was completed. They said something about a lifeguard was needed, but as we all know, lifeguards are not needed at a hotel.
