The staff was friendly, they needed to take $100 deposit off a debit card but I didn't have any enough on that debit card or a way to deposit so they took cash. My room was on the first floor near the the pool so I had easy access ( no one was at the pool for the most of Saturday afternoon so I had it all to myself!). My room had one king bed which was perfect for me traveling solo. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfy too. The bathroom was also nice and clean, the shower could have had a little bit more pressure though. The PTAC unit for air conditioner and heating worked well too

The room had these motorized electronic controlled blinds. They had a remote located near the thermostat that remote was missing its battery cover, so it did not work and I could not lower the the privacy blind to prevent people from seeing me outside or daylight coming in when I wanted to rest. This was a problem because light was getting in from outside which would prevent most from sleeping. I still slept well however.

This hotel was modern. It was well kept & clean. The room was spacious especially the washroom. The air fresheners in the hotel halls were very pleasant. The wifi was good. The breakfast was okay with a variety of food options.

The staff could have been more attentive and friendly. The pool area was small. Airport road to the hotel was very busy at certain times, as there is only 1 road in & out.

There was a mix up with my room and I got a call while out and the girl said she would call me back and never did. it took me about 5-6 calls for someone to finally answer the phone. I was about 2 hours away and wanted to know my room mix up was fixed so a call back would have been great

The front staff were very friendly, knowledgeable (they recommended places in the area) and helpful. The breakfast staff was amazing! They kept the buffet stocked and cleaned up the area constantly, making it easy for the guest to get food, eat and leave.

The pool had TOO MUCH Chlorine, such that it bleached one of our boys shirt.

Breakfast was great. Good selection and pretty tasty. Beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly.

Pool was a bit chilly. Only went in once because it was too cold. Our room was noisy. Had neighbours who were disruptive all 4 nights of our stay. Not good sound proofing. We could hear full conversations and more of the room behind our beds.

Room clean. Beds comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice breakfast with easy pancake machine.

Air freshener too strong. Entered our room and I couldn’t stop sneezing. Latest elevator inspection wasn’t posted and elevator was noisy.

I would suggest putting up a like in the shower to dry your clothes- as we went to the beach and I had to wash everything by hand but there was no where to hang the clothes

Cleanliness of the facility. The staff was cordial, attentive, and professional. The location was conducive to our needs.

Would have been a plus to have a hotel bar and or restaurant, or a place nearby.

Breakfast was perfect? Something for everyone and staff kept it well supplied.

We wished so much for a little map of the immediate area surrounding the hotel.

Location was easy to reach off the highway and close to the event I was attending. Plenty of well lit free parking. Breakfast was good and hearty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean
