Very charming and eclectic hotel. Great location! We were there during the 4th of July weekend, so not too bothered by the noise. Appears they refurbished an older building so understand that noise insulation may be challenging. I liked that parking was free even though it was a block or so away. It helped me to get my steps in! We also enjoyed the bar and bar service. I would definitively stay here again.

Noise insulation. Alao, our TV didn't work which we found out on our last night, which is why we didn't bother the staff with it.

The room was a great place for the recovery of a long road trip, it was comfortable and I was able to enjoy some silence. The people at the hotel were nice and attencious to any questions, problems or necessities. The localization was perfect, I was able to walk aroung and enjoy the hotel itself.

The only two small problems I had was, when I arrived, I was not sure if there was a close parking spot 0 this could be better sinalized. Also, the breakfast could be better indicated. I was not sure where or if there was any, until by accident I saw it (after leaving to buy my own breakfast). Nonetheless, it was an amazing stayin.g

Location is good, bed was enormous, good content on TV, friendly staff and decent WiFi

Unfortunately the shower was always either really warm or scalding hot, no matter what we did. We did tell reception and they offered us a new room, but we did not take this because we had to check out the following day regardless

Staff was very friendly and ready to help in any way. Hotel is clean and modern looking.

There was an old apple in our fridge which we threw out downstairs. Not a super big deal, I would just remind staff to check those areas when cleaning rooms in between stays. I do also think the beds could use some additional pillows, but again I enjoyed my stay this is just thoughts for the future to make stays even more enjoyable! I recommend and would stay here again!

Swanky hipster chic hotel. Very clean room. Love the shower and spacious bathroom. Beds were super comfortable like on a big fluffy pillow.

Tv was unplugged and the cable wasn’t available unfortunately since I do like to sleep with the tv on. I didn’t bother to call for assistance though since I was in ton to visit a sick relative and was too exhausted causing me to pass out after settling in.

Location was excellent for us. Staff and overall comfort was great.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Not everything was available at any given time eventhough it was within the alloted hours. The pre made sandwiches were not good.

The building is beautiful. The room was perfect. I didn’t hear any other guests in the hallway or in their rooms. The staff was nice, polite and professional.

I had to pay for parking on the street. The lot for the hotel was a couple blocks away.

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean room. Very interesting building and layout of big room / restaurant on the main floor. Modest, but functional breakfast. Good value for money.

Parking was a few blocks away in an open area (probably with some control during the night / day), and that felt a little exposed.

Location was great and having a restaurant/bar was convenient as I arrived at dinner time. Walking distance to ferry was important to me.

Facility was dated, but the rooms were nice. The free breakfast was pretty weak. I walked to some much better options within a block or two for coffee and breakfast.

Whilst experiencing a broken window at night, Neila Barbosa went the extra mile and called maintenance worker Erick Medeiros, who in his free time, came to the hotel to fix it! Kudos for both of them! Great service!
