Breakfast had everything I would want good coffee, juice, milk, breads, rolls, sausages, eggs, potatoes, and more. Location only a few blocks off of freeway near drug stores and gas stations. Easy drive into main part of town. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator near lobby. Room had full length mirror, closet with a safe, ironing board

Bed was too high - very difficult for a short person to get on the bed -need a step stool. There was no front desk lounge area to sit if waiting for others, only the dining area. Price of room was high and when arrived at the hotel was told couldn't use AAA discount because the reservation had been made through Booking.com.

we’ve been disappointed with other Holiday Inns before but this one deserves an award 🥇 for best Holiday Inn in Massachusetts, we also love the Milford location but Plymouth comes in first place. very well managed property, great complimentary breakfast, BEST of ALL : EXTREMELY CLEAN and that’s top priority for us! we’ve been here twice and property doesn’t disappoint you get an awesome value for your money here and it’s located at q great spot where you can venture off and see local attractions easily. staff is very welcoming and the hot coffee tea or cocoa all day is a big plus!

if I HAD to nit pick I’d just say : please make the pool a bit warmer! pool is honestly extremely cold 🥶 other than that we love this facility and would recommend to anyone! small but lovely hotel clean clean clean and we love that ❤️

The location was convenient to town. The agent at the front desk was excellent. She was pleasant and friendly and paid attention to the special request on my reservation. Also, she gave me a map of Plymouth and a TV channel guide, and she was able to answer any questions that I had about the area.

Breakfast was good except that instead of serving eggs two different ways, one of the chafing dishes could have had some kind of breakfast potatoes. The same with two different types of sausages. One of those chafing dishes, perhaps, could have had bacon.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the continental breakfast. I’m used to the usual hard boiled eggs, muffins, cereal and assorted fruits and yogurt. This was so much more. Veggie egg white omelet, scrambled eggs, sausage as well as turkey sausage, bagels, English muffins, white and wheat bread, muffins, pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit and of course coffee and assorted juices. All was very good. I was pleasantly surprised.

The size of the room was large and the lighting was good. The breakfast was nice with both hot and cold selections. The pool was enjoyable too.

One of the staff members in the breakfast area was less than pleasant when I asked if there was more coffee. Some of the grout in the bathroom floor was coming up. Also, there was a chaise lounge in the room for one person to use. The other person was left to sit in the desk chair to watch tv. Two club chairs or a loveseat would have been more accommodating.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location to where we needed to go. Hotel is clean, staff is great. Breakfast was not so good. I found a semi molded bagle and the option used to be more selective. Room was spacious but bed uncomfortable. Great stay though so I give it a 9 because of expired food.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast area was excellent; always clean and provided guests with many options to choose from. Food was delicious and fresh. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in this area.

The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was very good.

The bathtub was uneven. The pool could have been open later. There were guests who were loud and obnoxious, and my family was blamed erroneously. We we there for the wake and funeral of a family member and requested an early check-in and late check-out due to the time of the services. We were granted neither due to 'staffing shortages.' In total, we had rented 6 rooms, and my brother is an IHP member.

Everything was very nice, except the staff. Very impersonal, not helpful. Mistakes checking in and checking out. They couldn't find my name, blamed Booking. Checking out the clerk checked me out as some other guest. Didn't apologize or ask for I'd. Made me uncomfortable. They just didn't seem to care. The room was very clean. Breakfast could be better.
