The lobby was clean and bright and the front desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room smelled fresh and clean, the bathroom was immaculate, no dust build up in the corners and a nice single serve keurig in our room. The bed was very comfortable, had a great night's sleep after a day walking around Old Sturbridge Village for hours! The breakfast selection was outstanding and free, that's always a plus. And the hotel staff was courteous and helpful with our requests. Highly recommend.

Friendly front desk clerks who made us laugh. The rooms were clean and everything worked.

The waitress Saturday morning gave us a bill even though we had paid for lunch as part of the package. She apologized and said she has trouble keeping track. She was lovely though so I might be a training issue. The waitress on Sunday didn't bill us and said we should have been given yellow tickets when we checked in. The food was delicious except the orange juice tasted like it was expired

Pool, gym, outdoor seating areas, staff was nice

My room had a couple issues the ac didn’t blow out cold throughout the room needed a fan to circulate the air, the light next to my side of the bed did not work and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work and somehow I didn’t have breakfast included when breakfast should be complimentary to a stay at any hotel, besides that everything else was great!

The hotel is quite modern and is located on a small outlet mall. It is opposite a petrol station which had a Dunkin Donuts (where we had the $6 meal deal for breakfast.and bought other things we needed. We also ate at a 99 Restaurant, which was walking distance away and was surprising good). There was plenty parking.

The breakfasts were either $12 or $15 for cooked or uncooked. I didn't notice anyone eating either.

We loved the location. Coming in for a wake and funeral from NH and not knowing the area. We liked how everything was right near the hotel and how clean the rooms were. When we first walked in there was a very strong weed smell but I ran over to home depot to get some odoban.

It would be nice if there was a subscription of Netflix on the tv or something like that. No biggie though. Also No hot tub was a bummer.

Room was very quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. The pool was perfect temperature, love the salt water. Breakfast was reasonably priced and the wait staff were super sweet and helpful.

Only thing was the timing of the text I got to check if stay was going well and if we needed anything. 5:15 am a little early, but intentions were good.

Very nice hotel, with good facilities.

The location is not very good, because of car dependency for everything. As a foreigner I resented VERY MUCH the breakfast offered. There was not any cheese nor ham! And no fruits! There was plenty of oatmeals, sausage, and things that only americans eat. Is this a hotel only for americans?

Very festively decorated, close to shops and restaurants, good distance to get to Edaville Railroad, room was cleaned daily and fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, and fridge.

Breakfast was not included daily with the stay.

It was very clean! The staff was very nice as well. We did not have our dog this time, but we found out animals are welcome and we absolutely loved that! That was a huge selling point in the future.

Continental breakfast was not included and was not paying the extra. Most people travelling look to have the breakfast included. Last time we stayed in Plymouth we stayed at Hampton Inn we will go back there as the amenities were similar and a great brekfast was included with same price for room. When we arrived we thought the breakfast was included but were told based on our rate it was not.
