The room was very comfy, and it was nice to have the little kitchenette area. I wished it had a keurig or keurig like coffeemaker, it is just easier to clean up after. No coffee, but we were able to buy our own. But, the refrigerator, toaster and microwave came in handy. The tv worked well, and the room was cute, with pretty pictures on the walls, and a nice table and chairs to eat at. One thing that sort of grossed me out, was the floors, which felt tacky. Kind of sticky dirty. But, there was no housekeeping the week we were there, due to some kind of suspension. The bathroom was nice, and clean. The soap and shampoo where built into the shower in containers. That meant no cute little soaps or shampoos to take home! Oh, well. My husband wanted to go in the pool, but you needed someone with you to use the pool. We weren't sure if that included adults, but figured it did. I didn't feel like swimming, when he did, and vice versa, so we didn't use it. There was a nice fitness room that had a treadmill and stationary bike which my husband used daily. This resort is close to El Marachi, a nice mexican restaurant, very closeby. We enjoyed that, and found other fun places to see, because of the good location. The Seal Cruise was very fun, and we saw many! We suggest this as a fun trip. The captain and his mate were funny and friendly. All in all, a great trip. The Holly Tree was a good place to go to, and we recommend it. Nancy and Gordon

When we walked into the room I noticed how clean the place was and smelled fresh. The kitchenette was stocked with cups, plates and utensils. The mini fridge kept our food nice and cold. There are 2 bathrooms in the one bedroom suite. The bed was clean and comfortable. There's an indoor and outdoor pool. Both cleaned everyday. The indoor pool has a small kid area and a hot tub and is heated. The outdoor pool is large, clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We loved it so much we added an extra night. We will definitely be back.

There is no daily housekeeping.

Clean modern room, enjoyed the connecting living room/kitchenette. Pool area was nice. Taking a left out of the lot on 28 is scary

Stained cushions on the couch and chairs. When we checked out, we got a text for a 3 night, 4 day stay, tried to call later, left message, never heard back. Seemed like time share pitch. Nice place tho.

Both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub inside. Nice picnic area with basketball hoop. Nice front desk and best deal we found around this area.

AC was rattling on and off all night, a lot of spiders with webs on balcony so we didn't use it, room was close to road so some cars were noisy.

Nice condo. Had the one bedroom and microwave and fridge. Good size bathroom. My favorite part was the pool. I didn't get a chance to go in the outdoor pool. Indoor pool and hot tub were just as described. Very nice.

Mattress on bed was slanted.

The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the play ground, the pool (3times), the racketball and basketball rooms, and the arcade. Lots of things to keep us busy off season 😊

I have been coming here since I was a kid and there is nothing to not like about the Holly Tree. It is truly a gem!

Loved the big room with 2 full baths. Clean , great location. Staff was wonderful. Good water pressure for the cape. Better property than most. Larger than most

Bed was worn out. Some of the furniture is stained , lamp Shades

The suite was clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Compared to other nearby accommodations, this property is above the rest.

Nothing really. All properties on Cape Cod are old and need updating but this property tries to make improvements which I’ve seen over the years.

The landscape! Beautifully maintained. The 3ft pool. My dghtr built her confidence swimming underwater! The play area, but does need an upgrade.

The play area could be upgraded. The black dirt is awful for the kids play area.

The king size bed and the two bathrooms, potato chip factory but no tours of it while we were there, beaches and biked Nantucket 8 miles and walked one and a half miles after the Ferry ride to get to the bike rental shop wish it was closer to the Ferry drop off from the main inland because the walk was a long one to the rentalbike shop but when we were done the bike had a drop off place close to the ferry to go back ro our hotel

The temperature in the pool area had to be over 100 degrees was just there reading a book but had to go to the room to read my book
