Location is excellent

Outside looks shabby. I know it is early spring but nothing done with landscaping. Makes hotel look run down. Room condition was disappointing. Would call furniture shabby, toilet paper holder broken, you could see build up of dirt under rim of sink when you were on toilet. Curtains were shredded! Weird smell in room when we entered. Thought it just needed a/c circulation. Was awful when we returned late night and when returning from walk in am. Check in clerk was fantastic, friendly.

The hotel was beautiful! Spacious room, great pool area, and easily walkable to local attractions/dining/shopping. Free parking also included. Shout out to Dan, who managed the front desk. He was wonderful!

Nothing...the only thing that could have made it better was a breakfast option during the weekdays, but I knew when I booked that I would need to make alternate plans for breakfast. So 10 out of 10!

Clean room. Though bathtub floor was worn. Proximity to son's home.

When I requested early online,I found there would be a $40 charge. Perhaps I am behind the times and this is becoming common hotel practice, but as a longtime frequent traveler, I have NEVER encountered this before. It left a very bad impression. Especially when this large hotel was virtually deserted that night.

The convenience of this hotel was amazing. It's basically at one end of town and you can get around by walking easily.

The bathroom had a lot to be desired and the furniture was old which doesn't whole a "clean" feeling. Because of the nearby indoor pool, the room seemed damp/musty. A little updating (and pulling the carpet) would go a long way.

The location and the free parking. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. The sliding side door with screen was nice. No issues with the key card. Staff were kind and helpful.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was well maintained. It would have been helpful to have a flier for what channels on the tv were available.

Staff were terrific - respectful and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Areas of the hotel need to be marked better - for example - we were on the first floor - the sign getting off the elevator said that there were guest rooms on that floor but no arrows to tell you which way to go. The sheets did not fit the bed - the mattress protector was shredded - it was held together with a prayer - the sheets may have been put on the bed in the wrong direction. Also larger waste baskets would be helpful

The hotel is in a great location walkable to town where we saw a concert at memorial hall. We had a nice dinner at the East bay grill on the water a quick walk from the hotel.

There are few humans at the desk ~ they prefer texts to people ~ which seems the way it’s going and it did work smoothly.

No breakfast was offered in the lobby and the lighting in the rooms were so dark. I had to take the hand mirror by the window to do my Make up. However, Angela and Tim at the front desk saved my trip from turning into a disaster! After a mix up with the reservation I made thru a 3rd party website, when I arrived, I found I only had a room booked for the Friday. I was in town for a family wedding which was on Saturday and all activities were based around the hotel. AND having 3 weddings that weekend there were no availabilities. They were so diligent in finding a room and they made it happen! Thanks to them I was able to spend the entire weekend with my family!!

Parking was very confusing

Front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. I should note that a staff member whose name was Elie (I think!) did a great job trying to manage some very unruly guests, she is to be commended for dealing well with a stressful situation.

In room air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Location was great and staff were welcoming.

Upon check in there were dirty face clothes left in the shower. When we called down to the front desk someone came up and removed the items from the shower but no one ever came up to clean the shower.
