I liked how close it was to the Viva Mall. It's a place where you can find everything you need, from a variety of foods to all kinds of clothing and accessories. I love the hotel because it's comfortable and clean.

I think it would be nice if the room had some accessories that would be difficult to carry in a suitcase, such as a hair dryer and an iron. I would appreciate finding these items on my next stay. Thank you.

Very clean, modern, well kept. Great location. Good breakfast, but last time they had different things every day, this time was the same thing every day.

I was charged for "staining" the pillow $80.000 with my red hair because they needed to do a special treatment to clean it, I told them it is not stained, just wash it and that is it, I do it at home, but I understand they don't have to believe me, they don't know me, but a new pillow could cost between $40.000 and $60.000 so why charge more just to clean it?. The receipt said I paid $70.000, so what happened to the other $10.000? The staff is ok, I mean, they are never rude or mistreat you at all, but they could have better attitudes. This is the second time I have stayed, and it is the same both times. The only person who was extra and very, very friendly was the guy in charge of the kitchen.

The room was big and comfortable, and the cleaning crew did a nice job every day

The hotel badly screwed up my transit from the airport and late-night check-in (due to a flight delay) and didn’t act professionally quickly enough to deal with it and majes things right. It’s a long story, but the hotel’s admitted mistake really got my trip off to s horrible start, and the whole thing could’ve been avoided with s little common sense. I am rating the hotel highly overall anyway because, well, nobody’s perfect.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating they helped me with several different things I needed help with..They helped me with printing out my return airline tickets And they also know the different places to get food delivered to the hotel.

I don't know I was happy with how I was treated by the hotel staff as well as the managers everyone was helpful to me .

The workers were social and helpful at the hotel. The hotel rooms were spacious and its's quiet along with its convenient location near Centro Comercial Viva Envigado, a 7-minute walk. This hotel made me feel at home and provide me a comfortable stay

I think the hotel could use some variety breakfast, but considering it's included in the hotel stay, i found it to be a good value overall.

There are few items that keep this hotel from being absolutely first class. 1- should have chair and small table in the room, provide hairdryer in each room, add small microwave and coffee machine. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness impressive, staff kind attentive and super dedicated. I don’t get this level of service many places unless I’m paying $500+ a night

We loved the location and walked everywhere. The area is safe. The hotel had everything we needed, it's clean with large rooms and great water pressure. It has a terrace with nice views of the city. Viva mall is a two minute walk and offers great food options. Envigado park is also near by.

We loved everything about the hotel. The only thing we noticed during our five day stay was the front desk staff never greeted us when we walked in or said goodbye when we would leave the hotel. We found that odd. Besides that we highly recommend the Arame. I will always book this hotel when in Medellin.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Envigado, next to the subway, the Viva Envigado mall and the Envigado city center. Rooms are big, breakfast is outstanding and internet speed is good too. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was really nice and well taken care of, The staff was friendly enough to help out with directions and proper stay activities. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall a great experience

The small variety in breakfast. Certainly could use a bit more of variety as they sever very much the same menu every day, being eggs, and local bakery.

Great value with included breakfast, hotel staff very committed to making sure your room gets cleaned daily, convenient location and pretty views from our room.

The beds were a little hard for our liking, but they were not super uncomfortable.
