Staff were excellent, location great, decor and facilities excellent

Nothing to dislike, one observation, the power outlet in my room was under the desk around a metre from the bed. Luckily I have an extended phone charger but as many people like to read e devices or have their devices charging next to them. It would be good to move the power outlet and or maybe change to a pop up power outlet just behind the bed.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Good location. Original interior design.

At breakfast, there were only oranges, no other fruit. It would have been nice to have some apples or pears or bananas. Also, tea drinkers are ignored completely. In the room, there was a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules, but I do not drink coffee. It would have been nice to have a kettle and 1 or 2 teabags. The bed was too soft to my liking.

the layout of the room was very good, as was the location of the hotel. the breakfast was a plus.

the bathroom bin had not been emptied, the bath was not very clean and it was impossible to turn off the shower room light.

Wonderful stay. I got a room upgrade that made my stay even better. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are all located at the back of the hotel so you don't experience any noise from the street. The breakfast is so good, I can only recommend. You are free to use the wellness facilities during your stay so another plus! I am definitely coming back.

I appreciated the kindness of the staff that welcomed us with an unexpected upgrade. The room was nicely decorated in "carbon style". Shower was very good. comfortable the washing products dispensers, even the body cream one, linen was in good conditions, tv was ok, no bad smells in the room and from the pillows. Location is also very good. Really nothing to complain. Thank you once again to Carbon hotel.

Limited possibility to open the window.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The view into the courtyard is really nice.

There's a bit too much black in the room for my taste, but I know that's the current fashion trend.

unfortunately the pre arranged tapas treat was not ready, had to remind 3 times and finally some hours later a small limited selection arrived - disappointing

Location, comfy beds, interesting design of room, nice breakfast (and being able to make fresh orange juice a nice bonus). Friendly staff.

Very modern room and bathroom in “carbon black” atmosphere. Easy access to the underground safe parking facility. Location is a good starting point for bicycle trips. Delicious Italian restaurants nearby.

The room was very spacious and the bed quite comfortable. I liked the bathtub although it was a bit time taking to fill in (and hard to regulate the temperature). The location was perfect.

The room had some spiderwebs on the ceiling and the bathtub was not perfectly clean. The staff at the reception was not exceptionally cordial when we arrived The price is a bit high, considering also that it doesn't include breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of pre packed food and it would be nicer, considering the price, to have a more fresh selection. Finally, the room main colour is black, which is glamourous, but it makes the room very dark and the lighting could compensate for that in a batter way
