The breakfast was good. I was happy to learn that the hotel was committed to providing the food services we were expecting, even though the restaurant was under construction, which is why we chose this hotel.

The buffet was not set up, so we had to order from the menu, and therefore, it took a while to receive breakfast. We also noticed that many people were walking into the room, picking up the same plate, and putting it back down as they were expecting to use the buffet. I am not sure why the plates were out if the buffet wasn't being served. Do we know that when it was time for the plates to be used, would they have been considered clean?

Location is good, very easy to access from the highway but you hear no highway noise which is fantastic. Few restaurants near by which is great also as another option besides eating at the hotel (food there is also good) Hotel has been renovated and updated which is really nice as well. Staff were very friendly

My only issue, which is very minor, is that there was one hook in the bathroom to hang towels on. It would be nice to be able to hang up more towels.

Easy thruway access! The gym is large and we basically had it to ourselves which is always nice. The best part of the gym by far was actually that the water is bottled. I never knew the cups and fountain bothered me until I had easy grab n go access to bottles! The room was a good size though there are not many walkable restaurants around so if you get in late have food with you already.

Parking can be tricky as the hotel fills up since currently half the parking lot is storage containers for the renovations they are doing.

Breakfast was phenomenal, we enjoyed the buffet. The location was amazing. The staff was great Other than the sink was clogged up in the bathroom, which was promptly taking care of... We were situated on the 10th floor Which was great it was out of the way and away from the noise and the traffic. The room was quite comfortable the bed was quite comfortable. Their bar area was very nice, for getting a nice evening drink and appetizer.

Face to face staff were excellent, location was great, room very comfortable. Price was right.

The laundry room situation was terrible. Old coin op machines with no option to pay via credit card. Had to ask the desk for quarters and they almost ran out. And big wonder is why is there only one washer and one dryer in a hotel as large as the Marriott. Did laundry on Sunday evening and there was a log jam of people waiting and a wait for previous users to remove their items from the machine. When I called front desk to inquire about their policy, they had no solution. Hence what should've taken no more than 90 minutes to do, took more than 3 hours. Unless this property decides to open up more laundry rooms or get more machines, they need to set up a reservation system so people know when they can expect to get their laundry done.

Staff friendly, liked the pool table in the lobby. Pool was clean and nice. Our room was right next to the elevator and I was afraid it was going to be loud but it was actually very quiet all night. Room clean, lots of lighting. Free coffee was a plus.

The day we arrived was very hectic and the rooms were not ready until late, but the staff were very friendly and did their best. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Pool table and washer/dryer only take quarters but neither the front desk or bar had any quarters to break a dollar.

Loved that check in was easy and i got to my room pretty quickly. I loved that there was enough parking and that there was decent food and shopping options close by. The bed was super comfortable and spacious. I did love the personal touch of my name on the tv welcoming me in to my room.

Price was a little much but overall not as crazy for the location.

I stayed here with my husband while looking for our new home in Buffalo. Im really glad I chose Marriott because I had an amazing stay here. If I could give this property a score of 11, I would!! The staff has been exceptionally accommodating and professional and was ready to give us the best experience during our stay as possible. They were outstanding, especially the manager we met at the front desk. I wished I got his name so I could give a proper commendation to him and his team. Another thing I really liked was that my pet cat was accommodated and room rates already included pet accommodation. I would certainly check in again at this hotel and every other property of Marriott as their staff is very well trained at customer service.

Everything was great and clean, though the bathrooms could be improved. It's a little dated and needs some extra love. But overall, very good place to stay!

Hotel shows it’s age slightly but with that being said, it’s very well taken care of. We had an amazing dinner from the restaurant and it was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY. The front desk staff as well we the bartender who served us dinner were extremely polite and helpful. pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean. We had planned a quick last minute trip to Niagara Falls and a lot of the area hotels were much more pricey and also booked for the holiday weekend. The parking lot was pretty empty for a holiday weekend and we passed a couple individuals that had weed in bags and weren’t trying to hide it so we were slightly concerned we weren’t sure what we might get but we were pleasantly surprised.

a little out of the way however that is the only complaint. great staff, great property, comfortable bed, clean, cannot complain.

Bed was very hard. The room was not super clean. It was the areas that aren’t obvious, but when you see build up from a great length of time, kind of gross! Funk behind the faucets and on hair and dust build up on grooves of bathroom door.
