The staff (front desk, kitchen, housekeeping) was very friendly. It's a nice touch that the front desk texts you to see if everything is to your liking. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked the nice neutral colored, textured wallpaper. I also appreciated the hand-held shower head. The Saturday breakfast was unique and tasty. They had assemble yourself tortillas with pulled pork, scrambled eggs, potatoes and an array of toppings in addition to fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, and oatmeal.

I checked in online for the digital key but I still had to go to the front desk though it was explained that was due to adjustments to a new system. I would have liked to have had liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, the closet doors by the bathroom sink were quite squeaky. They could have used some grease.

Christian, at the front desk, was very welcoming and accommodated my room request. Tay, at the breakfast area, was friendly and helped with my breakfast tray. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. I love that there's a shower head with a hose. I don't see that in other hotels. It's great that the bathrooms for the lobby have their own full door stalls and there are women's feminine products available.

Breakfast could have been warmer. It's tough making a left turn out of the parking lot onto the main road.

I actually decided to do some research on this property and learned that it was built in 2005 and renovated in 2017. The property was so well maintained and clean that I thought perhaps it was just renovated within the past 12 months. The staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. Everything was lovely and I felt very safe during my stay. Having such a comfortable atmosphere to return to and to relax in at night , was a major factor in me having a wonderful weekend.

The entrance can be tricky.

We were going to Niagara falls and we found location to be really good. 25min - 30min drive to the falls. The hotel is good, clean, we found the room very confortable. :) They have a book in reception with good choices for dinner in the city.

Breakfast wasn't that good. It had lots of stuff but not so great quality products. Eggs had wierd texture, yogurts full of sugar, not so many fruits, basic cereal. But of course, better than nothing. There is no other choice around and at least you have something on your belly until lunch in Niagara or else. I would have like to have more information about Niagara Falls visit with the girls at the front desk.

There were a lot of options for breakfast. Pool area was well maintained. The shower toiletries were good quality and good for those with sensitive skin. Staff was friendly.

When we arrived in our room, there was only one bath towel. There also weren't enough pillows. We had 2 adults and 3 children. I called down our 1st morning to have the extras sent up. They weren't there when we left around noon to do our excursions for the day. When we came back early evening, I stayed in the lobby and waited for my husband to go up to the room to confirm whether they had been brought up or not. They had but had been left outside of our room rather than putting them right inside the door.

Good location . Spacious rooms . Well maintained . Laundry , pool all amenities needed . Full kitchen including fridge , microwave and cooking utensils.

Had to request cleaning . The breakfast was not exciting and items were not quickly refilled .

The room was cold, spacey, the bed comfortable. It was very clean. The shower was good. Front desk was incredibly nice and helpful.

Not much. The pool water was cold. The mattress was a little too squishy, like it was an old mattress. Our kids missed the morning waffles.

the staff was great, always saying hello. helpful with questions and anything we needed for the room. the facility is a bit dated but well kept and clean. location was easy.

coffee wasn't very good.

The breakfast was good. Different options everyday. One day there was French toast, the next omelets and pancakes etc. Loved the hot tub and the overall decor of the hotel. About 25 minute a from the falls NY side and another 30-35 from the Canadian border which was awesome. Got to stop in Toronto which was nice.

I paid the same amount for this hotel about 7 and change for only 3 days. Meanwhile I spent the same amount to spend a week in rome. (But again, take in consideration it was labor day weekend.) Also didn't like the housekeeping situation. You had to call to have someone come clean so we didn't have any clean sheets or the room cleaned the entire weekend. I also didn't like how the sink was outside the bathroom. Made brushing my teeth weird. I was always taught so spit in the toilet, not the sink, because of germs etc.

Wonderful stay, lovely staff, warm breakfast that changes every day, space to park, groceries stories 5/10 drive, easy food delivery and pick up at your doorstep and nice amenities which work! We recommend. Perfect for my bar exam.
