The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good and fast bringing out more food for the buffet. Very clean hotel.

The pool was closed both days. Car got broken into in the parking lot.

We got into town a little early for our stay. We were able to check in as soon as we got there at 11:00 in the morning with a normal check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff was extremely accommodating with that and we couldn't appreciate it more

The biggest thing at the hotel that I didn't really like was the fact they didn't have a washer and dryer to use after you got out of the pool. Every other hotel I've been to has had that available to people staying there. The breakfast could have been a lot better. It was the same thing everyday for the 4 days we stayed. The towels of the hotel provided for the pool could have been bigger

The room was huge, the bed was perfect after a long day of exploration and the hotel was perfectly placed to visit all attractions in the American side of Niagara and also close to the Rainbow Bridge to reach Canada. A very good value for the paid money.

Not a bad thing itself, just for awareness, if you reach the hotel earlier, there is an early check-in fee that you need to pay if you want the room earlier (we reached the hotel just 1 hour before check-in time). We did not pay for this as we opted to leave our luggage in the hotel storage area which was free of charge, so everybody was happy.

We stayed one night at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls on April 4, 2025, and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent, just a short walk to the falls and other main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lady at the reception desk on the morning of April 5th, Her name Tinara, She was exceptionally kind and informative. She gave us great advice on how to spend our day efficiently and even offered to keep our luggage safe at the hotel after checkout, so we could enjoy the rest of our day without worry. That really made a difference and allowed us to make the most of our visit and special thanks to evening staff member Prince, Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay near Niagara Falls.

The hotel was at a very good location. The rooms are big and clean. The staffs were supporting. All the tourist locations are at walking distance and all informations are available at hotel. The breakfast was superb and i appreciate the breakfast team to provide our child before the starting time of breakfast due to early checkout to catch the airport bus. The swimming pool was open and we enjoyed there. Good restaurants around the hotel. It also has a big parking space. :)

Try to deal with the problems faced by customer who booked from third party apps.

the stay was pretty good i must say. the only minus was the time we were checking in. there was a lot of people in the lobby. i went to the receptionist and greeted her pleasantly and told her i went online to check in and done with the pre check in. then she told me ‘ yeah same with everybody’ ( sarcastically) i said okay. it was never a problem for me to wait, but she made a not so good response assuming i wanted to be accommodated first. she was the only minus of our stay. everyone was so nice especially the guy mopping the floor in the morning

Unnecessary stress about being charged twice due to early online check-in. Sorted out but resulted in blocking some money on the credit card. If prompted by email for early check-in, ignore it and just check in on the spot. Also, the walls and floors dividing the rooms must be quite thin as you can hear all the other guest around walking and/or taking.

Room was very specious, more than enough for a family of 4. Room and lobby etc. were very clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Location of the property was very convenient, public transport was a min away. Many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Niagara Falls was at walking distance which was amazing. Overall great experience.

Nothing directly to complain about the property but since we went in winter, when we reached in the night not many options for food were available. There was a 7-11 convenient store around half a mile away which saved us.

Front desk clerks all very friendly and helpful! As was all the housekeepers we spoke with. Room clean and neat. Walking distance to the falls if you prefer. You qill pay to park pretty much every where you go

We wished there was more options for breakfast, like maybe bagels or muffins or waffles. It was the samething both mornings. Also the second morning we went down for breakfast it was very busy which is normal for a hotel, but the lady from the kitchen was rude to a guest. When a gentleman asked her if that was all the bread. She replied " yeah that's all you get" in a unpleasant tone.

The room was nice and clean, the bed super comfy. We had an issue the first night with the guests above us, I think they were wearing cement sneakers and moving furniture,,,,at 3 am. I mentioned this to the front desk staff. Our second night was blissfully silent. They moved the guests from above us. I was very impressed. The front desk staff and manager were all very pleasant and smiley...Oh and the bathroom sink was draining slowly so I mentioned that as well and a maintenance worker came and fixed it toot sweet. Very professional and friendly! All in all it was an excellent stay.
