Everything was exceptional 👌🏾 from the service, the hotel, the casino and the Koi restaurant all Great. Breakfast at the buffet was ok.

After entering and exiting for 2 days without being approached, security personnel opted to interrogate my husband by requesting his room key prior to allowing him to access the elevator, selectively targeting him while ignoring others in the vicinity. Didn't appreciate that.

We bought two drinks from the new bar. Bartender was very good. The price was a little high, though $25 for two drinks And I do like to tip so $25 plus tip

Beautiful view, clean room, fast elevators. Most of the staff were great (except the front desk staff).

Check in was a mess. I received a message from the hotel saying I was cleared to check in between 4:00 and 5:00; the website stated that check in was at 4:00; however when I tried checking in at 4:00 I was told my room wasnt't ready and may not be ready until 7:00. The front desk argued with me when I told them the website said 4:00 and a text message I received stated 4:00-5:00, they said the website said 4:00-7:00 was check in. I had to wait in the lobby with my bags and granddaughter for more than an hour until I was allowed to check in.

We ate at Full Plate. (The buffet) very overpriced for what you received. The food was not good at all. The food was sitting way to long and it was dried out, burnt and or they didn't refill it often. So I actually didn't eat much. That was very disappointing. It didn't take me long to check in so sure why the line was so long. We did have to wait a while to check in but after that everything was great. The only other thing was, I asked about tours. They did give me books and papers on what to do. We luckily found a tour off a street we went to walk on. It would of been nice to book from the hotel or if they gave us the info for a tour. I told the tour guy and he was surprised they didn't.

We had booked a corner room with a jacuzzi, which was absolutely delightful! The bed was extremely comfortable, as well. We ate at Koi (very good) and the steakhouse (outstanding!) during our stay and would recommend both restaurants to other guests. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved that the hotel was visible in the skyline while we were exploring Niagara, which helped to serve as a guiding point as we drove around.

Our only complaint was the parking. We didn't understand why there was only one small parking lot available outside for hotel guests. We ended up parking in the garage and walking through the casino each time we went in and out, which was a little inconvenient. We're not gamblers, so we would've preferred to park outside and walk directly into the hotel.

We stayed at this large hotel with plenty of rooms and overall had a very good experience. When we first arrived, we noticed that some bathroom towels were missing in our room. However, after a quick call to the front desk, the housekeeping staff responded promptly. A very kind housekeeper brought not only the missing towel sets, but also extra soap and shampoo to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel location is another big plus: its within walking distance to the Canadian border, making it very convenient if you want to enjoy the views of the Falls from the Canadian side.

Restaurants. Had breakfast at Three Sisters, waiter had an attitude, buffet was sparse, home fries uncooked. Waiter brought the wrong French toast, said that’s all they had and never offered to replace it said we ordered wrong but there were two options then said they took the one off the menu. Will NEVER go back there! Shouldn’t have left the miserable jackass a tip either. Very poor customer service!! Bars were difficult to get service too.

all the stuff u can do like gambling and eat and even going for a nice stroll around the location. overall rooms were fantastic even though u didn't get to see the falls from the side we stay on but still offer a nice view.

Mostly just the cost of the food venues really was the only thing that was bringing the experience down. every time you look at the venue it was like 20+ for like something as simple as a sandwich.

The entire resort was not only beautiful but very clean. Not really located close to any shopping but that's ok. The room was also beautiful and clean. Food places we went to were excellent and well priced.

Was certainly surprised that housekeeping did not clean up our room the next day. Was not informed of this on check in but next time will know. Would have liked water and coffee replenished-know now all that that requires is a phone call and will be done. Also, was told on checking in room was ready but needed to be inspected. This was around 2:30 pm. Told I would be notified on my cell when ready. Well at 6pm had not heard so went back to check in and of course was ready. Notification as promised would have been nice so we could get settled but not end of the world. There are also NOT near ENOUGH servers on the Casino floor to get refreshments from. Long long long waits to see anyone.

Amazing Stay with Great Amenities and Atmosphere I had an incredible time at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino! From the moment I walked into the main lobby, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the guests added to the lively and enjoyable environment. One of the highlights was the variety of restaurants to choose from, along with several bars that offered great drinks and entertainment. The location is also super convenient, with stores and a gas station nearby. The room was absolutely amazing—a spacious layout with a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in shower, and a whirlpool tub that made for a truly relaxing stay. The pool area was another highlight, featuring two additional whirlpools, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. I also loved that there were two casinos to choose from, offering plenty of gaming options and entertainment. And of course, the short distance to Niagara Falls made the trip even more special.
