Everything was exceptional 👌🏾 from the service, the hotel, the casino and the Koi restaurant all Great. Breakfast at the buffet was ok.

After entering and exiting for 2 days without being approached, security personnel opted to interrogate my husband by requesting his room key prior to allowing him to access the elevator, selectively targeting him while ignoring others in the vicinity. Didn't appreciate that.

We bought two drinks from the new bar. Bartender was very good. The price was a little high, though $25 for two drinks And I do like to tip so $25 plus tip

Well, I didn’t like the water pressure in the showers that’s about it this trip :-)

Beautiful view, clean room, fast elevators. Most of the staff were great (except the front desk staff).

Check in was a mess. I received a message from the hotel saying I was cleared to check in between 4:00 and 5:00; the website stated that check in was at 4:00; however when I tried checking in at 4:00 I was told my room wasnt't ready and may not be ready until 7:00. The front desk argued with me when I told them the website said 4:00 and a text message I received stated 4:00-5:00, they said the website said 4:00-7:00 was check in. I had to wait in the lobby with my bags and granddaughter for more than an hour until I was allowed to check in.

When we booked the room we thought it seemed a bit pricey. But when we stepped inside, it was outstanding. Everything was perfect. We had a corner, floor to ceiling window king suite with a hot tub. What a perfect evening to watch Canadian fireworks and relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The whole atmosphere was excellent. Also the Staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. We had most meals there, as well. The food was so good and we kept going back each day. And, we even enjoyed dropping by at the Casino for a little extra fun. We were treated extremely well, thank you!

We didn't like the fact that our trip was so short.. Would love to go back again and will highly recommend Seneca Niagara Resort as a favorite.

Location was great.

We ate at Full Plate. (The buffet) very overpriced for what you received. The food was not good at all. The food was sitting way to long and it was dried out, burnt and or they didn't refill it often. So I actually didn't eat much. That was very disappointing. It didn't take me long to check in so sure why the line was so long. We did have to wait a while to check in but after that everything was great. The only other thing was, I asked about tours. They did give me books and papers on what to do. We luckily found a tour off a street we went to walk on. It would of been nice to book from the hotel or if they gave us the info for a tour. I told the tour guy and he was surprised they didn't.

Upon entering the main lobby to the casino the smell of cigarette smoke was almost not tolerable. When I got to the front desk to check in, I already had a headache from the smell, I asked if the entire casino smelled as bad and the lady assured me it did not. Most of the casino in fact did smell to some capacity of smoke and made me feel extremely sick. I found it to be more tolerable further away from the smoke area of the casino. I honestly wont be returning for this reason. Even though our hotel room was also Non smoking, the hallways still had a lingering cigarette smoke smell.

I will say, as a native from the west coast, seeing this casino puts a lot of our casinos to shame. It was clean, friendly staff. A lot of options to choose from when it comes to gambling. The same w the choices of places to eat w in the casino. The room was excellent. I had a view of the Niagara Falls area. Absolutely loved the shower. Great overall choice to stay for the night.

The only thing I did not like was that I didn’t get to actually gamble in the casino. I had planned on it. With all the days activities, running on 4 hours sleep then taking a shower in my room’s spectacular shower knocked me out for the night.

We had booked a corner room with a jacuzzi, which was absolutely delightful! The bed was extremely comfortable, as well. We ate at Koi (very good) and the steakhouse (outstanding!) during our stay and would recommend both restaurants to other guests. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved that the hotel was visible in the skyline while we were exploring Niagara, which helped to serve as a guiding point as we drove around.

Our only complaint was the parking. We didn't understand why there was only one small parking lot available outside for hotel guests. We ended up parking in the garage and walking through the casino each time we went in and out, which was a little inconvenient. We're not gamblers, so we would've preferred to park outside and walk directly into the hotel.

Staying at a casino property for the first time. Had no complaints. In fact top tier security folks I must say. Really thankful for finding my lost wallet. They were really helpful. Can’t say that about the staff at the bars and eateries though.

3 sisters cafe we waited for over 10 mins to even have someone take our order, eventually left, because no one came. Maybe people here need to smile a little bit more. That’s all. Also, everything shut here by 9/10 pm.

We stayed at this large hotel with plenty of rooms and overall had a very good experience. When we first arrived, we noticed that some bathroom towels were missing in our room. However, after a quick call to the front desk, the housekeeping staff responded promptly. A very kind housekeeper brought not only the missing towel sets, but also extra soap and shampoo to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel location is another big plus: its within walking distance to the Canadian border, making it very convenient if you want to enjoy the views of the Falls from the Canadian side.
