Everything was exceptional 👌🏾 from the service, the hotel, the casino and the Koi restaurant all Great. Breakfast at the buffet was ok.

After entering and exiting for 2 days without being approached, security personnel opted to interrogate my husband by requesting his room key prior to allowing him to access the elevator, selectively targeting him while ignoring others in the vicinity. Didn't appreciate that.

We bought two drinks from the new bar. Bartender was very good. The price was a little high, though $25 for two drinks And I do like to tip so $25 plus tip

The entire resort was not only beautiful but very clean. Not really located close to any shopping but that's ok. The room was also beautiful and clean. Food places we went to were excellent and well priced.

Was certainly surprised that housekeeping did not clean up our room the next day. Was not informed of this on check in but next time will know. Would have liked water and coffee replenished-know now all that that requires is a phone call and will be done. Also, was told on checking in room was ready but needed to be inspected. This was around 2:30 pm. Told I would be notified on my cell when ready. Well at 6pm had not heard so went back to check in and of course was ready. Notification as promised would have been nice so we could get settled but not end of the world. There are also NOT near ENOUGH servers on the Casino floor to get refreshments from. Long long long waits to see anyone.

Amazing Stay with Great Amenities and Atmosphere I had an incredible time at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino! From the moment I walked into the main lobby, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the guests added to the lively and enjoyable environment. One of the highlights was the variety of restaurants to choose from, along with several bars that offered great drinks and entertainment. The location is also super convenient, with stores and a gas station nearby. The room was absolutely amazing—a spacious layout with a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in shower, and a whirlpool tub that made for a truly relaxing stay. The pool area was another highlight, featuring two additional whirlpools, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. I also loved that there were two casinos to choose from, offering plenty of gaming options and entertainment. And of course, the short distance to Niagara Falls made the trip even more special.

The room was big, beautiful and clean. I loved the shower and corner quite was so quiet and nice.

We came from MA and forgot a license , but 7 hours away and they wouldn’t let my 30+ year old husband in with a picture of the ID . We stayed the weekend and didn’t get to go to the casino at all. Then valet gave us the wrong ticket and wanted to give us a hard time before we traveled 7 hours home . Also I pre payed for the property and they still put a hold on my card for the entire stay plus whatever normal holds. I asked to use my Apple Pay CREDIT card and they refused me and said I needed a chip ….. for my APPLE PAY credit card . Everytime we had to talk to someone from customer service it was rude and not a great experience, no flexibility what so ever. Then they told me because I ended up using my DEBIT with the chip the hold could be up to 30 days .

Room - was well appointed, spacious. lots of storage, comfy bed, well designed washroom and shower Restaurants - lots to choose from, there are a variety of price points for all sorts of budgets - enjoyed Blues Burger and Three Sisters - good food, good prices Staff - very helpful and patient (first time at this hotel)

Theatre - we are used to a real theatre like at the Fallsview in Canada. Just a bunch of chairs you would find at a wedding welded together - uncomfortable by the end of the concert. Sound system was poor and could be improved. Very disappointing. Safe - wish there were safes in the room. Smoke - wafted from the south end smoke casino into public areas in the afternoon; much better by the evening and into the next morning - better ventilation, perhaps?

Room is spacious. view to the Niagara Falls is great. I feel safe and private as the security is doing a great job. restaurant options are attractive. Casino is of course is plus during our trip to Niagara Falls.

We really wanted to have a dinner in the steak house inside the hotel. But the only pathway is get through the casino. Unluckily my cousin is under 21. So it took us some effort to explain and find our way to the steak house. I understand that the security at the casino is important. However this experience for me were not really friendly. Other hotel staff, like front desk, were not really helpful.

Food was terrible and way, way over priced. $68+for 2 adults at the buffet. Food was like terrible hospital cafeteria food. Three Sisters restaurant was also bad. The chicken tenders were flat and looked like frozen tenders you might get at a ballpark, husband's wings were dry. Tim Horton coffee was ok, so was bagel and muffin, but realized that a Starbucks was across the street, so we went there the next day.

First time staying at Seneca niagara resort.. was very clean , and had everything that my wife and I were looking for. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.. we will definitely stay there in the future.

When gambling at the casino, for the two days.. I was asked just one time if I would like an alcohol beverage, I wife was not asked once.. We must have played for at least 3-4 hours each day.. it seemed that the person that served the drinks took care of the customers around the tables than the slots.. wihich I witness this.. my wife had to buy her own beverage.. And I did even tip the waitress. This was in the nonsmoking area.
