My mother is in a wheelchair. She put her chair in the car but left her Christmas presents that were in a Santa bag outside of the car. When she circled back around to the parking lot someone had stolen her bag. Her gifts were stolen. The items that the person did not want were thrown about in the parking lot and on Maple Rd. The front desk and security were not helpful. The guy was rather rude and insensitive. We were there visiting and exchanging gifts as well as celebrating a birthday. The hotel wasn’t bad only the people. Sad world that we live in. The breakfast sausage was really burnt too.

Just finished staying at the Hampton Inn for a few days. We were in town to see Niagara Falls and see a Buffalo Bills game. Really pleased with hotel. Nice and clean and had everything we needed - 2 beds and bathroom. Having mini fridge was also handy. The breakfast options in the morning were good and so convenient. Kids loved the little waffle station. Would definitely recommend having a rental car otherwise hard to get around. It was a great experience staying and thank you to the staff members 😄 if I ever were to visit the area again, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The property is very clean with up-to-date decor. The rooms are comfortable with a practical layout. I particularly like the shower instead of a bathtub. The hot breakfast is great with lots of variety.

The rooms are clean. The corners in the bathroom need attention, especially around the shower area. Upon our arrival, the person at the front desk was not welcoming and did not leave a good impression. She didn’t smile once during check-in procedures and almost seemed annoyed we were there. We even tried to cheer her up with some light humour which didn’t work. It would appear that she doesn’t like her job or maybe she was having an off day.

Very nice room, breakfast was ok

When we called in to let them know that we were getting there a bit later, they told us that we were there already. Pretty weird!!! So after asking a bit more, apparently they let someone into our reservation that was not us, they did not check documents or anything. So if wouldn't have called they, we wouldn't have had a place to stay, even though we had a confirmation and pin number and I had chatted with them before... everything very confusing I have to say. I have never had a situation like this before with booking or any hotel

Our check in staff was great and made many suggestions on what to do in the area. Rooms were a decent size and beds were comfortable. Hallways looked like that had just been done and loved the wallpaper or carpet that were on the walls. The fire pit outside was a nice touch too!

Breakfast area was untidy (although very busy with guests so sure hard to keep up with) and ran out of allot of food. When we went to check out no one was at desk and we waited 5 mins for someone to show up and the young lady that did was not very nice

Great room with comfortable beds. The room has a kitchen and microwave which is really convenient. The person at front desk gave us some plates which we used to microwave some snacks for dinner. There is free hot water for tea + coffee in the lobby which is a nice touch. I did not enjoy the breakfast. If I were to stay again, I would bring something to microwaveable to have in the room!

I liked the central location and that there was free parking for guests. I also appreciated having a breakfast available.

As much as I like animals, we had a guest staying next to us with a dog that was barking at 8am and we could hear the dog barking loudly enough to wake us up. Also, the staff were okay, they didn’t seem in a very good or welcoming mood. I wasn’t greeted, just asked for the name under the reservation.

The room was clean, large in-size, and the beds were comfortable. There were no problems with the wifi. The breakfast was self-serve buffet. There were many options: eggs, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, pastries and a make your own waffle station. The food was of good quality, and substantial for a morning meal. The staff were friendly, and helpful.

I didn't like all of the paper and plastic associated with the breakfast. There is no excuse for the hotel and/or parent company to not provide ceramic plates and silverware. It was very wasteful considering the hotel did not offer any type of recycling program. This lack of care for the environment is the reason I would not repeat a stay at the hotel.

This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at, very friendly evening staff, special shout out to Don! The coffee bar in the lobby was great, the breakfast was excellent, huge variety. The property was so nice. The sitting area outside and the fire table was a nice touch. The breakfast area was so clean and lots of sitting space. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We were right by the elevators but still didn’t hear a thing.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It's very clean no smell of old wet carpet like some places. Also, If you're from out of town, down state, etc.. & you're a Bills fan going to a game, this is a really good location, it's five minutes from Duff's for awesome wings. Very close to the highways to get to Orchard Park with in half hour tops, as long as you leave early enough to get to Stadium. Go Bills!
