This was a cute room on the second floor. The lovely words of LOVE written on the walls were a nice touch and the memory foam bedding was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and check in was the fastest and easiest we've ever had anywhere. The room had a few ammenities like a toaster and microwave. Excellent value for the money.

If I'm being fussy, the stairs were a bit dated and cracking to get to the second floor. The TV could have been bigger in the room. All minor things.

The Owners were very accommodating and made the stay wonderful! There are a mix of incredible restaurants and bars around the area with a legion and a beautiful manicured Church. All in all a stay with great value and amazing area. Cant wait to stay again.

A little touch up on the building and a open pool area as well as a store inside the lobby with vending machine and some necessities for sale with a mix of items that the average tourist may have forgot.

The location is pretty good for the price. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was effective. The room was also pretty large.

You can certainly walk to the river, but you might not want to walk to downtown Niagara Falls from here. Location is totally fine if you intend to drive or use the WeGo bus lines.

The host was very pleasant, location was 6 minutes away from Niagara Falls, it is close to food shopping, restaurants, gas stations.

The master bedroom bed was making noise, any movement you make, other than that everything was ok

Good staff, location was fine and room was clean.

There was no soap in the washroom. The pool was covered, and we couldn't use it.

There's no water in one of the bathrooms. Please give atleast complimentary drinks like coffee.
