The hotel staff, particularly a younger man named Matt, was exceptional. We didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were out of commission - we came to that hotel for that reason with our kids for New Year’s Eve. Matt gave us a few options and ultimately called the adjacent hotel and we were able to use their pool for the evening. We thought our fun New Years Eve tradition would be ruined - it ended up being awesome! Rooms were nice - big and very clean!

Both the pool and hot tub were closed (the hot tub was practically black) - this wasn’t noted on any 3rd party site or the hotels own website and was the only reason we booked this hotel.

Loved the location being very close to University of Buffalo & The Station; as my trip was mainly to help my daughter settle in at her new campus and apartment. Loved the parking space, cleanliness and staff.

Breakfast options were quite good but repetitive and monotonous. Also, they only clean once a week - bed and vaccum. However, you can request towel change, coffee, tissues and toilet supplies as needed.

Walk in shower was big and bright lights in the King room, had hot breakfast but not with the bacon and omelets as advertised, bathroom was big and roomy and had huge sink counter space to put your own toiletries. Had 3 sets of bath towels and wash clothes which is nice.

We were placed close to the elevator and it was very noisy, I thought the rooms were advertised to be soundproof but they weren't. Bathroom sink took forever to drain, it wasn't clogged, but every time anyone used it even for a simple and quick hand wash the sink would fill up with water right away and took quite a few minutes to finally drain out.

We were on the ground floor I suspect because we arrived late. Hotel allows pets and in the early hours we were awoken to a dog barking in a nearby room. Personally not a fan of allowing pets in hotels.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great amenities. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable. Really close to all the great shopping and restaurants.

The fridge don't work but I tell the front desk she is very nice and offer me to move to different room

Clean and great staff

Fire alarm went off at 1 am and never really knew why. Only 1 elevator worked until the last day of our stay.

Clean facility. Room smelled good. Ac worked wonderfully

Breakfast food didn't last long. And towels weren't replaced everyday

I loved the idea the fitness room was open 24/hr. The pool area looked nice. I thought the breakfast could have used a few more options. maybe some fresh fruit and bacon as the turkey sausage didn't look very cooked. I loved the waffle maker and the options for toppings, whipped cream would have been a nice addition to go along with the blueberries/strawberries. coffee was great and had a couple varieties of sugar (I prefer, sugar in the raw and you had it). The staff member was super friendly when I checked in. very welcoming
