Great place, clean, excellent location. I was a little worried reading the reviews but this rate, pretty high yet, was all I could afford on town. But I had no problems. Clean, safe stay; no inkling of any problem like other people said.

Easy check in procsess, room very big and clean, and very private. The money was worth the price. Close to many reataurants and close to doiwntown Buffalo as well. Can use your Doordash or Uber as well if you want a night in.

other guest sometimes forget others are trying to sleep in, and will be loud. But it doesnt happen all the time

I checked in real late and I had no complications . the room is was nice.

Just a slight smell of cigarette smoke and the privacy lock was disengaged.

The staff was friendly. And the room was clean. It was a quiet night, very peaceful. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of nearby places nearby to get dinner. Plus there were vending machines on site.

The only complaint was someone previously smoked in this nonsmoking room. I could smell a little of second-hand smoke. Plus someone burned the edge of the tub. It wasn't an inconvenience, i shower anyway.

Actually and unfortunately I had a medical emergency within hours of my arrival and ended up in the hospital for 16 days so I remember nothing of this short stay. BUT I want back after 3 weeks and was given the opportunity to look through the lost and found and to my surprise and delight my 500$ eyeglasses were right there. I would have kissed the night manager but that would have been totally inappropriate. While I di not actually use my reservation I would definitely return due to the kindness of the gentleman whose name I immediately forgot
