This was a pleasant and pampering place to stay in a small, quiet town. Although the room is located in the attic of a private home, we had complete privacy throughout our stay. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated the convenient parking and the nearby supermarket, which made it easy to stock up on everything we needed. The bathroom also featured a wonderful jacuzzi, which was a real treat. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect. Perfect if you want to visit nearby cities like Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno. Montecatini Terme were surprisingly nice with a lot of nice Italian restaurants. Garden of the house was amazing, such a nice place to have drink or grill. Loads of flowers. Breakfast also was great, owner asked us if we want something special and she provided us with what we want.

Towels - for some reason, when you use them and they get wet, there is some odd smell, not sure what it is. It is not owners fault, as she is changing them regularly. Just something to watch out. Bed could be more comfortable in our opinion.

The landlady is very kind and can advise you in English, her pug is so cute. They live in the same house where the upstairs apartments are. The breakfast was great. The place is well-equipped and charming, up to 10 min to beautiful spots like Terme Tettuciio (Unesco site) or Montecatini Alto. The closest big supermarket is up to 10min on foot. It was a good quiet stop on our way to the port in Piombino.

There are a lot of mosquitos in the garden and repellent didn't help.

We chose this B&B as it has its own free parking and short drive to train station as we used it as a base to visit Florence. Had to self-check in with door code and find our own way around.....were not sure if we could help ourselves to wine glasses and a bottle opener and use their fridge for example....we did anyway. So felt a bit lonely on our own, for example we did not find out about the local Parco delle Therme in the next village until it was almost too late (highly recommend you visit!). Breakfast was superb and served by a lovely girl (not the hostess) outside on the covered terrace. We saw the hostess on the 2nd morning. Factory next door closed at 5pm, so there were no issues there. Very good Pizzeria short walk from this B&B. We had the 'suite' upstairs which was very spacious and huge bathroom and very comfy bed.

Very nice hosts, delicious breakfast served every morning. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and romantic interior of the house. There is also a lovely garden with a terrace where you can spend the evenings. Great location for traveling around the area, easily accessible to Pisa, Florence, Lucca. Grazie ♥️

Bedroom was comfortable for a family and bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. Outdoor patio was lovely. Easy walk to a good local restaurant and supermarket.

Some information for guests about what spaces are available for guest use in the house would have made arrival more comfortable.

just 10 for all. no complain. The hardware and service are all excellent. My baby was sivk. Hoster gave me very useful info. Also the bed is so comfortable.It recover my exhausted body. Best of the best! Will choose next time for Florenze trip

Host was really nice and she was helpful a lot and showed us nice side of tuscan people. Location is great and garden where you can just sit and enjoy is beautiful. At the morning you will receive nice breakfast and fresh towels every day. really enjoyed out stay here.
