I ENJOYED THE ENVIRONMENT. THE BREAKFAST ATTENDANT (MICHAEL) WAS FRIENDLY, ENGAGING AND ACCOMMODATING, HE PREPARED GREAT PUMPKIN SPICE MINI WAFFLES, TOPPED WITH NUTS, FRUIT SAUCE AND WHIPPED CREAM TO GO ALONG WITH THE MINI BUFFET BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AND BROUGHT THEM TO THE GUESTS THAT ORDERED THEM. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. GOOD SERVICES.

THERE WAS NO ICE BUCKET IN MY ROOM. MY FAMILY ROOMS WERE NOT AS CLOSE TOGETHER AS REQUESTED. A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA WHICH MADE IT TAXING TO GET TO THE HOTEL LOCATION, BUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS MADE UP FOR IT

Check in and out was swift. The desk ckerk was very pleasant and professional. The room was spacious and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The gentlemen responsible for the breakfast was eager to assist the guests in ensuring they had sufficient quantities of each item. The pride he demonstrated in going about his job and his positive, cheerful attitude were most refreshing and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent...especially the scrambled eggs!!

The location was perfect. Surrounded by restaurants and things to do for entertainment. The staff was VERY POLITE & HELPFUL. The hotel was very clean!! Our room was completely furnished with bath toiletries and VERY CLEAN room. The breakfast was beyond expectations. 20/10 recommend!!

Nothing at all, nothing negative to say about this property!

The cleanliness of the room, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My GPS brought me right to the property, no problem.

The television in the room had no 'live tv', and it took forever to get tubi or Showtime to play anything at all. It was very frustrating. Also, the air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. I tossed and turned, trying to go to sleep because of the noise.

Breakfast was very good, but ran out of biscuits before we got there & didn’t replenish. Staff was friendly & very helpful especially Jessica.

Road construction was a mess. Replenishment of breakfast items was not timely including Earl Grey teabags fruit and biscuits. We didn’t get any biscuits. Nice room with comfortable bed!

Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean.

A lot of the outside seating around the pool are rusted and broken. Maybe 3 out of about 15 chairs were usable. The bed was super hard and the pillows are super thin.

Wheelchair accommodations, continental breakfast( especially staff member), and size of room.

Refrigerator in room did not get cold nor, was it cleaned well (food inside). Trash and towels were asked to be picked up and changed out but, weren’t and being awakened at 8a by housekeeping because they were “TOLD Y’ALL ALREADY CHECKED OUT!”

Great location. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good, with a lot of options.

Currently there is road construction right in front of hotel, which makes access tricky, but this is not the fault of hotel.

it was a decent place for the money spent. Saturday breakfast was better than Sunday’s and the lady Saturday who was doing the breakfast was just as sweet as she could be. Sunday the staff was a bit lacking on customer service and they were out of towels and rags for the rooms due to a full house over the weekend. They accommodated with pool towels and we found a cleaning lady that provided some rags, but the front desk woman when asking if we could stay till 11:30 because checkout was at 11 said yah that was fine, but would be better if we left earlier than 11, which I found to be a bit rude due to my checkout time being at 11.

most of the staff when first getting here was very accommodating, it seemed to go through a slack of care the day we were going to be leaving.

The gentleman who prepared and maintained the breakfast was great and very accommodating, he was the best part of our stay.
