The room was very nice and clean and had everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility as a whole was nice. Really liked the security of the elevator you had to use your room card to use the elevator to get to your floor. We knew someone could not just go to any floor that was not a guest.

Restaurant eating options. There need to be more restaurants to eat at during the week. The only option was The Soda Shoppe. We had to leave the facility to get a nice lunch. The night time restaurants were not open, we were there on a Tuesday night. Their prices however, were way more than some people could afford.

Location was great. Casino floor was very nice & clean. Check -in to the hotel was smooth and easy,Josh was very pleasant & met all my needs. The room was nice and roomy, the mini fridge & coffee maker in room was a nice plus! Security to the room was a plus,as you needed to use your room key to move the elevator up. Accessibility around the room was fantastic for a person with a disability.

The king bed in our room was too low( for a 6'4"man) also,too soft,hard to get out of, very uncomfortable.We were in a handicap accessible room. The walk from the hotel room to the casino floor was quite a walk .

Staff at check in was rude. We had gotten email confirmation that we could check in after 10 am. When we got there at 10:30 we were told that we could not and shouldn’t have been told we could. Ended up on 2 different floors and in rooms but they repeatedly told us that it wouldn’t be possible to do this again. Handled very unprofessional

Only that I was often asked for ID when going to the casino. It became a bit annoying. I would have my room key- but that wasn’t sufficient. Maybe if there was a a wristband or something to indicate that someone is staying at the resort and age has already been verified. Other than that, the stay was AMAZING!!!

Super swanky hotel, smells lovely, very pretty. Loved this bit of elegance while on a work trip. Was thrilled with the security features of the elevator. I dont gamble but appreciated the restaurants.

I wish I had access to a microwave. Also, didn't go into Terre Haute per se. So while the hotel/casino is in the middle of seemongly nowhere, I hold part of the blame for not exploring.

this place was a dreamy oasis amidst hours of driving in corn fields. Absolutely stunning brand new property. Just gorgeous. They even nailed the nachos and I’m from SoCal. Oh! and Holly makes THE most delicious Lemontini, must try!

it is seriously perfect. on point w design, staff, food, drinks, you name it. Whoever you hired deserves a raise. And I’m a picky traveler. Well done!

I had lost my debit card while visiting the casino. The next morning staff and security did an excellent job in helping me find my card. They were polite and friendly, and did a great job.

My partner was disappointed in the shower, only because she was under the impression that the shower was gonna be glass see through, nothin major, lol.

Very accommodating, even while loading money, the staff makes an enjoyable experience. I can imagine anywhere else in TH since you’ve open 👍

I have no reasonable complaints. The staff and facilities are fantastic. Although I do wish Altitude could expand its hours of operation, but I recognize that’s there isn’t enough demand to make that profitable yet! Great job all around

the room was very nice but the blower never stopped running, very loud. Each staff member very, very pleasant

all the machines are basically the same, just have different names. Would have preferred more variety. even though web site lists different restaurants only one open at a time so really had no choice

Wonderful new hotel/casino! Easy to find as we did the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. Nice oasis in the middle of farm land. Ample parking around the entire facility.

Limited breakfast options. Just have the one coffee shop with breakfast choices and that one employee was so busy we didn't try it.
