Clean, professional staff, very good breakfast, great service. I really wanted to like the property.

I don’t sleep well on memory foam mattress. I sweat some and ended up laying in a pool of sweat several times a night. So basically didn’t get good sleep either night we stayed. If I’d known ahead, I’d have stayed somewhere else. Getting a good night’s sleep is most important feature for a hotel. Too bad since everything else was excellent. Guess I’ve now got a new question to ask prior to making reservations.

Friendliness, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, internet service.

The bathroom door needed adjusting and wouldn't stay open so that the room wouldn't get any heat. It didn't shut very well either. Apparently, someone else was having trouble with their door also, because they were continually slamming it during the day and early in the morning. And speaking of doors, the back door to your facility doesn't close properly either. If you don't pull it shut, it will not latch and poses a security risk to your guests. Anyone could come in. Why all the door problems?

The breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of towels in bathroom. Very convenient to have the containers of body soap, conditioner, shampoo, and lotion in dispensers.

Room was on the third floor and there was a lot of noise from the room above. TV was not working and staff member had to reset. He was very efficient and friendly. Used a towel in tub as it was slick and husband has stroke limitations. A $50 additional charge was billed to be refunded upon no damages. Still waiting to have this charge reimbursed.

We drove 13 hours to get to this hotel. We have 6 kids that wanted to go in the pool so bad. We got there at 8pm and the pool closes at 9pm. Without even asking if they could keep it open longer the guy at the front said he’d leave it open longer so they could enjoy it some. Check in was extremely easy and quick. Room was clean and perfect for our family. Loved the pressure and size of the shower. Breakfast was hot buffet breakfast. Kids loved the waffle and pancake makers. Our stay was perfect .

The property was hard to locate. The signage to the hotel was small and quite neutral in color. It’s behind a large Drury so One doesn’t even see the orange and yellow graphics. Our room didn’t get dark at night as the outside lights shone under the blackout curtains. The were too short. Not enough towel bars in bathroom. Didn’t affect us but one would not be able to use a bath towel a second day.

Checked in around 8pm. The woman at front desk, Angela, was very friendly. Facilities were clean and spacious, name brand soaps/ lotions in the bathroom. Hot Breakfast included was delicious. Pool area looked really nice, but we were just stopping for the night on our way home, so didn't check it out.

So happy to have a little fridge and microwave in room, but fridge doesn't have little freezer drawer and I brought back ice cream for midnight snack, lol. Other than that, nothing, really! Had to wait a few minutes for breakfast buffet to be refreshed, but that cook was busting her butt and either needs more staff ( like everyone else) and/or a raise!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good and always plenty. The location was close to everything. Would stay there again.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. And the walk-in shower was nice but could use a little extra care. The shower door leaked and the shower could use a little better cleaning. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable. There is definitely a concerted effort to detail that I appreciate. The staff was exceptionally pleasant.

The pool/pool area was our main negative. I am a frequent, life long traveler. I love the pool area, both to play in and to work by. The chemical fumes were extremely high. Our eyes burned just being in the room. The pool was the coldest working pool we have ever been to. And there are only chairs and end tables. No lounge chairs. No dining/working table.

Shower pressure a little low. Tea drinkers like clean hot water. Not hot water in a container that once also contained coffee. These containers are NOT interchangeable The front desk clerk at check in last night was not friendly or welcoming and didn't have warm cookies. We had them a week ago when passing thru. We felt like he didn't want to make them. We ever asked.

something weird happened with my checkout time. i was able to check out just fine but one of the housekeepers thought i checked out online and tried to break into my room at 8am to clean. she was really sweet and apologized. i was just confused on how it said i checked out already on her end..
