The location was close to everything and convenient. It was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of seating in the lobby for working. The hotel has a nice, open concept and was attached to a steakhouse. The front desk was helpful on extending my stay for another night.

I was disappointed that they put the coffee and water up right after breakfast. All of the other locations I have stayed at keep these drinks accessible throughout the day. The little refrigerator that they have for purchasing drinks had very little in stock. The newly remodeled locations have USB ports for charging phones/laptops, where this location didn't have that option.

The rooms were awesome Pool was great Loved that they had Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms as well as dove hand soap Breakfast was great Staff was very friendly Keurig in the rooms with green tea and coffee Longhorn was amazing

Was really bummed out that the hot tub wasn't up and running

Check in was super easy, the attendant was super nice and helpful

When using the shower the drain backed up to almost overflowing. The curtains only closed over 2/3 the window and the lighter curtains didn't block enough of the parking lot lights

Loved everything. Loved how Lonestar was right in the same building & got a discount for staying at the hotel. Beds were real comfortable. Fell asleep almost immediately. Loved how the had shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in full bottles for us to use. We had Dove products. It was surprisingly quiet even with the interstate right there beside it

The kids screaming in the pool & the smell of chlorine filled the 1st floor. Also no ice machine on the 2nd floor

The front elevator was out. Luckily the back elevator was working. the hot tub in the pool area was out. Rooms need an update and maintenance. For a handicap room it had a climb in tub. Should be a shower with sliding glass.

We come to this hotel once a year after the holidays as a little get away for my two kids. The staff is always friendly the pool is big and nice with a nice hot tub, Breakfast is always great. Hotel also lets us check out at noon so the kids can get one more swim in after breakfast with no extra charge

Easy access to the highway and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It was in middle of a lot of shopping centers, so the noise level was a little high. But not too bad.

Great, clean rooms with everything you need. Comfortable beds. They give a 10% discount on the next door steakhouse!

The pool and hot tub are basically in the (carpeted) lobby, not in a separate room. Very odd.

The star was very friendly and answered questions that I had. The room was nice too.

I’m not sure is anything I didn’t like except the price was a little hefty.
