The breakfast was Great! Location:Very Good right off the Interstate so easy to find hardly any traffic noise Be Aware though however they do charge a parking fee per day and room is not cleaned during your stay or towels replenished (had to ask front desk for washclothes) Overall, would stay there again because all the staff were friendly and eager to please Awesome Customer Service!

Not enough towels for our group and being charged for parking

The lobby and breakfast area was great.

The black mold that was present on both air handling units in the two rooms we were originally assigned to. Also the smell of the air freshener they used to try and hide its presence. I have pictures of the incident.

It was clean and the pool was nice.

Breakfast was alright. Their juice machine was down, so it didn't leave much to drink. Also, I was charged $11 more at checkout than I was supposed to have been. The shower curtain was so short it wouldn't stay inside the tub, allowing all the water to just run right onto the floor.

Everything except the theft of a jacket.

Shortly after we checked out my mom realized she forgot an expensive jacket in the room. Called to inquire about it and was told it had not been turned in and was not located in the room (they went up to check and called us back). Cleaning staff was right outside our room as we were leaving so in addition to the tip that was left for them they also got a nice fall jacket (I'm assuming).

It was quiet - you couldn’t hear the traffic, friendly/ helpful staff, clean rooms, loved that there were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and an excellent array of breakfast foods! The price was so reasonable! we would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Hot. Plenty of seating. Very good coffee.

A little tricky to find the entrance from the Main Street. Small little sign. But GPS told me where to turn.

Booked because my granddaughter wanted to swim. Was told after I checked in that the pool was closed. If I would have known before I would have went elsewhere.

It was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. There was a lot of options for the food. I ate the sausage gravy and biscuits. They had eggs and sausage and waffles juice milk cereal and pastries. Staff was very nice.

That the pool was closed. My daughter was looking forward to swimming. The price was a bit steep. Wish was a discount for no pool.

The staff,the beds and the fact that we could watch cable and also stream.

The refrigerator didnt have a freezer section,and we were charged for parking for the weekend.

Breakfast was great!

Elevator needed some fixing up. The room was great except for the bathtub. It had stains on it and the floor of it looked like the non-slip surface was coming off.
