I can't say enough about my stay at this hotel – it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for. The team went above and beyond to make sure every part of my experience was perfect, but what truly made my stay stand out was the General Manager, Kali. Kali’s customer service was nothing short of amazing! She greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, immediately putting me at ease. Throughout my stay, she checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and even offered great local recommendations. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests' happiness is a rare find in the industry and made my stay unforgettable. The hotel itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The staff clearly follows Kali's lead – everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. It’s clear that Kali has built an amazing team focused on delivering top-notch customer service. I highly recommend staying here if you want an experience that truly exceeds expectations. We had an exceptional experience,we did have a couple issues but so minor I forgot them,suggest biscuits and gravy on menu.The Tv did not have local Chanel’s so could not get local weather and events of the day,these are the only complaints plus 1more u advertise pool and sauna but u took them out.Staff very good helpful friendly Curtis kind can’t say enough about them,rooms very clean and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable. Little egg and spinach quiches for breakfast were great, wish they were served both mornings we were there. The best part of our stay was the cheery front desk lady. She was there all but the last morning of our stay and she greeted us with a smile and pleasant "Welcome back" or "Enjoy your day" each time we left and returned to the hotel, as well as a short inquiry as to our daily events. She was very personable and I wish we knew her name so we could acknowledge her excellent customer service!! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

The king suite was exceptionally nice and clean and a great layout. Especially for the price point ($136 total) we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great with great options.

Clean and comfortable

I forgot my pillow and called a couple hours later and it had disappeared! The desk clerk said he would call me back after he checked with house keeping...he never called.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room was bigger than a usual hotel room. Bed was comfortable. Nice variety of breakfast food. The lady that ran it was very nice and helpful.

Housekeeping missed a spot when they cleaned the restroom

Nice breakfast spread, the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was close to Indiana State Univ. which made it easy to see our daughter.

The shower drain was slow and not enough towels or shampoo and conditioner.

First time I've seen a pancake maker. Having sugar free syrup was much appreciated.
